The food is really good but the customer service is horrible. They aren’t kind or friendly but any stretch of imagination.
The food didn’t meet my expectations – it lacked flavor and wasn’t as fresh as I hoped. The service was inconsistent, and the overall experience wasn’t great. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my visits.

The best
I was very disappointed with this restaurant. They didn’t even take a drink order—I had to ask for water several times before they finally brought me a bottle, and not even with a glass. My husband’s food came out first, and mine was served almost 30 minutes later, so we couldn’t really eat together. The bread was mostly burnt, the meat was overcooked, and the taste was very average. On top of that, the prices were way too high for the poor service and quality. Definitely not going back.

I am new to North Carolina. Coming from New York which has some of the best Yemeni food, I was delightfully surprised. This place has the most amazing food!!! I eat here at least twice a week. The manager gave me free appetizers and fulfilled my every request with a genuine smile. All of the waitresses are friendly and make sure you are happy and comfortable. The is my new go to!!!

Their food is great! Specially the stew they gave us, it was the same as the stew with the meat, the spices were perfect for us. We ordered a dish named Lamb Bormah. The quantity is really generous, 3 people can easily share this meal. They also have complimentary tea, you need to serve it yourself.
When we visited, the server couldn't explain us the difference between the items on the menu. And the gents washroom was quite messy. Hopefully they will improve these issues.
Overall, recommended 10/10 if you want to try out Yemeni cuisine here in Raleigh. Would love to visit again to try out their other items.
