The service here was top notch! Daisha at the front desk saw me looking for a drink and asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for a Diet Coke but it was no big deal and I’d go get one later (they only had Pepsi products, IYKYK). I went up to my room and about 30 minutes later she knocked on my door with 2 diet cokes. It was the best surprise ever and so very thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again.The rooms were clean and smelled very fresh. All the staff were very friendly and said hi Everytime I walked by the front desk. Overall, great stay at Aloft!Noteworthy details: Every went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable!

Ahmed Rasheed our shuttle was a very nice and pleasant driver he made sure all of our luggage was loaded safely and he also loaded our luggage in our cars once we returned to the hotel! Great Guy!

I had reserved a ‘King Room’, but upon check-in, I was informed that my room had been given away, and I was provided with two double beds instead. The receptionist’s response lacked empathy, as she mentioned that priority was given to members without apologizing for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, there was no prior notification of this change, which would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements.It’s essential for businesses to prioritize their members, but it’s equally important to ensure that all guests receive fair treatment and consideration. They missed an opportunity to potentially gain a new member from my visit.

This hotel is great. Very clean and a great location. One thing I didn’t like was the fact the person who checked us in was not very friendly. Did not acknowledge I was a titanium elite member and did not ask me if I wanted the points for checking in. We stay with Marriott pretty much exclusively. I have also messaged the front desk almost 5 hours ago with no reply as of now. The rooms are very clean and the gym is great. The one plus of this stay was the bartender TONYA at WXYZ lounge. She was great. Very nice and made great drinks. She was A+++ but as far as a couple of the front desk people, not so much.

Decent place walking in but staff wasn’t overly friendly or helpful. I was missing a lightbulb which maintenance quickly replaced.Painfully slow wifi and nothing faster is available.

Love this hotel and its convenience to the airport and the office. Staff is great and it is always clean and nice. I miss the irons in rooms and there are a couple of minor issues (GFCI broken in bathroom area) but all in my favorite airport hotel.

Great place with extraordinary service. I've been here for a few months for business and the staff has been very accommodating. Ashley at the front desk is incredibly helpful and friendly. Also Dasha and Milton have been great also. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for leisure and business.

Ashley Jones at the front desk greeted me with such enthusiasm on A Tuesday morning and accommodated an early flight arrival - I literally was excited to see her the next morning as she engaged in conversation around my husband’s UNC basketball game attendance the night he before proving she was really listening to the customer! Finally I had a special video conference meeting with my reporting VP at an odd time and she made an exception to allow for a late checkout. Customer service was superb from start to finish of my stay! I was a returning customer and will again and again - this hotel staff understand business customer needs!!!
