Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken

Ordered the rice dish with chicken. You needed a magnifying glass to find the chicken. There were a few little cubes of chicken. The rice was very dry. It came with a salad that was mostly cucumbers and salad could have fit in a coffee cup. Very small. I had a drink and the total bill was $19+ dollars. I previously ordered the chicken and the portion was also small, but costly. I waited over 5 minutes before rice dish was ready.

The food is amazing and the service side was really good. The only thing my wife didn't realize at the time that any dish that is not from the counter service is cooked to order. Which is great but took time for her food to arrive.

The last Friday 6 We ordered two meals, and one of them did not include the side of black beans. This was very disappointing because I was coming from work and ended up still hungry. I thought I could trust you when ordering takeout. Yesterday, because I worked all day, I wasn’t able to complain since I get off work at the same time you close.

The food was good & the service was awesome. The building is older, so not somewhere I would want to dine in. But grateful for an Alpaca in the area.

This is one of our normal spots, but I ordered some food and overpaid (asked for a half chicken but got a quarter) and was told over the phone the manager would reach out to me to credit me or refund, but they never reached out to me and this was from January 22.

We love so much about Alpaca food but we have always been disappointed in the portions of sides provided. Especially, when it comes to rice but today’s provision of rice is criminal!

We ordered the family combo with a whole chicken that is SUPPOSED to feed four people but apparently it is not meant to satisfy any!

Do better Alpaca. Repent of your sins and sin no more!!!

Stephanie with Offline - Food was good but at the time I went they were out of a lot of sides. My kids were disappointed. They were also really busy that day. It was a Sunday after church. They are pretty pricey too for a walk up food restaurant. I would rather go to a formal sit down for those prices. It was nice to try
