The service was great, even waiting in line to order was not long. The only thing I can say about the food is it is outstanding, a meal worth returning for over and over again. The chicken is to die for, the rice and blacks taste great, the yucca and the sweet plantains are terrific. Alpaca is one of a kind, chicken, green beans and rice are ALWAYS on point. We also love the tostones and Chicha Morada. Will always come back! The Knightdale location is our favorite.

This was great cafeteria style, but they were very helpful for people new to the system. It's very clean and the best chicken I've ever had no grease and the side seem healthier but I just think they taste great..

Horrible experience! I understand there is a long line up, but why have a separate section for Pickup if no one is going to assist. If you order online and there is a pickup time, shouldnt they try to honor this. Reminding 3 different staff members to check on my order is unacceptable. I thought pickup was supposed to save you time.
