Yummy in tummy

A group of college kids were standing by the door, blocking the entrance inside. Once I was inside, I was in line and the employee skipped me and started taking someone else’s order. I looked for a sec to see if she’d take my order but she didn’t. I had to say excuse me, I’m next in line. She seemed like it was an issue but I was waiting in line. They immediately went to the people behind me. Then she NEVER apologized to me BUT apologized to the girl behind me. Poor customer service. I wish I would have gotten her name. But it was rude of her to skip me then apologize to the other person. I probably won’t visit this location again. A bunch of kids with no customer service training.
Then, to make matters worse, I’m standing there waiting for my order, holding my number, instead of walking it to me (like they did everyone else) & getting my number, she stood at the register and held my bag out. RUDE STAFF!!! Maybe they prefer a certain customer or just college students.

I came yesterday at night with my family and friends to eat for the first time trying alpaca , the food was amazing , especially Diego he gave us great customer service , good Job 👍🙂
