My server Kiara L. was excellent!! Great customer service very friendly. She interacted great with my daughter. Her service with drinks, appetizers, and main dishes was done promptly. She checked on us and laughed with us. Wish more servers were welcoming like that.

Food was good but the service was horrible!! It took us forever to get seated and even when i asked if we should seat ourselves the bartender had such an attitude and was so rude!! This was the second time we came and had problems and I definitely will not return!! We did have a server that was really nice and I had good service with her but trying to get seated in a timely fashion is impossible!!!

Had the best time in my life that day! The bartender did the most amazing job and held down the entire bar on her lonesome. Definitely recommend this place and as well the food was absolutely top notch.

Fun time. Staffing issues like a lot of places. That was the only issue...the employees there were being overworked and probably not recognized by management. I give the all 5 stars.

My 2 sisters, mom, and I decided to eat here. It's been a while since I ate at Applebee's. It was very disappointing. Since it was four of us, we decided to do the 2 for entrees that come with salads or an appetizer. I got the riblets with Ceasar salad and fries without salt. The food was not good. The riblets seemed to be reheated and sauced. The Ceasar salad had "dead" dry romaine lettuce that did not appear to have been washed. It was also loaded with parmesean cheese. The fries were decent. I tasted my sister's chicken broccoli alfredo pasta and it was ok. The perfectly cut strips of chicken with "grill marks" caused me to think that they were frozen and not cuy from freshly grilled chicken breats. Since my mom volunteered to pay the bill and our visit was more about spending time together, I did not say anything to the waiters. I just know that I will not be going here for a meal. The one good thing is that the wait staff is friendly and attentive. Particularly the gentleman who appeared to be the lead. The wait staff can only serve what the kitchen prepares. The restaurant was not full by any means, and there was no wait when we arrived around 6p. This should have been a sign.****Update, the manager called and apologized for my experience. He wished that I'd spoken to the manager that evening. The next meal is on him. ****

Joined coworkers in getting lunch and they wanted to try Applebees for some reason. I ordered the chicken and shrimp and got a thin, chewy piece of chicken with five tiny shrimp and a cup of mashed potatoes for $15. The food you can get for $15 from an actual restaurant is far better and far more quantity than this.I know its a cheesy american chain restaurant but man, I’d rather go to mcdonalds honestly.

Our server was excellent. The food was good overall, but my my hamburger bun was burned. I asked my server for a replacement and had it inside a minute. I thought my son and I had a very enjoyable meal.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to go from the bar level to the upper level.

We went here yesterday, stood at the entrance to be seated for a long time, no one came. While waiting, we saw a dog in the restaurant. I overheard a collar shaking, as the dog was shaking his fur. I looked and there was the doggie at the bar. I love animals, especially dogs, but this was disturbing as fur travels....we left.

Just left there called 3 times for a to go order no ones picks up...I leave home get there to still no answer. Get inside sit at bar for 10min no one says anything. give me a minutes. I'll be right with you anything. The Caucasian lady that has manager on her tag at the bar all the time. Never acknowledged I was there. And when I finally say something to her she is nasty tells me she has tables too they are busy. I proceed to say you could have saif that. Acknowledge that someone is staring you in the face for 10min straight. told me common since should tell me they are busy. I said no your not busy you're short staffed. And STILL acknowledging the customer is apart of the customer service. Then you might get the patience that's needed. and if someone would have answered the phone. I could have went somewhere else and not drive 15min to a place thats rude and not acknowledging anyone.

They only serve burgers well done or raw, or so I was told. It’s not cheap to eat there anymore. Service was decent, friendly…attentive. No problems there. I just don’t think I’ll be back again. Not worth the money for what quality of food you receive. The French onion soup was terrible. The cheese wasn’t even melted. How do you mess up soup? Sheesh.

Everything we ordered was cold/room temperature including appetizers. The only hot dish was the one served on the sizzling plate, but even then only the meat was hot. The potatoes were lukewarm at best. There were people dining with their dogs who were not service animals. Multiple tables were not cleaned off. We overheard other customers unsatisfactory remarks as well. Management seemed apathetic as though this is the standard for them. Steer clear.

We ordered online to pick up at the Carside service. When we got there, we followed the text prompts and sat for 15 minutes even tho we were well past the designated pick up time. Finally I got annoyed and went in. The restaurant was not busy at all, but the pick up area was deserted. The bar was close to where I entered and even tho the bartender saw me enter, she didn't greet me. After 5 more minutes of standing there, a young guy walked up, he didn't ask if I needed help so I just gave my name and order. He disappeared and came back with my bag. Put it down and walked away. Nothing else. A glance at the "sanitation grade" -- B -- 87.5 told me everything I needed to know. Madness. Never again.

We are in town this weekend for a Canes game. Stopped at this Applebee's for dinner, and it took a while to be greeted when we arrived - even though the hostess looked our way several times. We almost left - but glad we stayed. Our server Milton was THE BEST server I think we've ever had at a restaurant. And the food was perfect - cooked just right and hot when served.

We went on a Wednesday evening right before 8:30 p.m. We should have known that the service was going to be lacking when we walked in and had to wait to be seated even though 90% of the restaurant was empty. This was most likely due to the fact that most of the tables were still not cleaned up since the previous customers had left. We had to repeat our orders multiple times to the waitress. She did not know what a Michelob Ultra was nor did she know what a Dos Equis beer was despite it being an everyday special for $5. It took almost 2 hours for the entire ordeal even though we knew what we wanted far before we were asked. Very understaffed. Avoiding this place like the plague in the future.
