I went twice and each time was the exact same experience. There was no host. And one waitress for the whole restaurant. The waitress took our food order we waited 30 minutes and she came back to the table and said she forgot our order. Then we heard her walk to the back and scream out what our order was. So we were waiting for nothing. We offered to pay for our two lemonades but she said it’s fine just leave, that the food wasn’t coming out anytime soon. Will not be going back.

I was having such a bad day and just needed to get out of the house so my friend and I came here with a gift card and did not know what we were in for. We had so much fun with a very lively regular group that shows up and ended up staying there basically the whole evening. It really had that neighborhood vibe and was very welcoming. It instantly got me out of my funk and I feel like it’s going to be like medicine from now on going there. The food and service was also great!

Can’t give you much feedback back we ended up walking out after waiting . Decent amount of staff not many tables taken. If I’m gonna wait more than 10 mins to be seated with no one in front of me and empty tables I can just imagine how waiting for food and drinks would be .

Waited 25 minutes at 3pm for a table. No bartender but customer was allowed to sit at bar bc he was a regular anyone else was turned away by the hostess. Finally got a table, waitress cleaned 4 booths before she said she would take order, meanwhile she sat others. Ordered food and food never came out but food was brought to other tables that ordered after us. We left and won’t be back. Poorly managed. Hostess told bar customer both managers were in the back after he complained bc he wanted to be at the bar. Mgr w different colored hair needs to have hair net on while handling food and going in and out of kitchen. Shame on you Applebee’s. Your commercials make it look like a great place to eat. Maybe this is why Applebee’s have closed in the area.

They need to have more staff on for dinner because you’re stuck standing there waiting (for a total of 25 minutes) when there are numerous open tables. 3 separate groups of people have walked out of the line to be seated within 10 minutes. If they were staffed properly, they wouldn’t have lost that buisness.

Tonight’s experience was probably one of the worst I’ve ever had in my life. We sat 30 minutes before em getting our drinks, spoke with the manager who told me that this is not her store and she was just here assisting. After explaining too her our concern she did absolutely nothing too make the situation better. I feel like everyone in this situation manager and server should be trained.
