The place was almost empty and it was a good thing because there were only two waitresses working! Our waitress wasn't scheduled to work but came in as a favor for a friend (the other waitress). They did a great job considering they had to take the customer's orders, bus the tables AND check the customer's out! We had a similar experience at the Applebee's in Asheville. The difference was the food was good here, not so much in Asheville. Kudos to the pleasant ladies who took care of us on Saturday. Great job!!!

The appetizer was a mess that should have told me to get up and go! I ordered the bourbon Swiss burger asked for it to be well done. It came out still bleeding. Was told that’s the 2nd raw burger they had served tonight. The breadsticks with the other meal was a true stick it was so hard! I’m done not ever going back! 2nd bad experience in less than a week at the same place! Pics attached it’s really a zero stars but won’t let me do that.

I am a sick disabled veteran. And on this veterans day I was treated with such kindness!!!! Thank you ladies! I didn't get their names. But one had on a red shirt and nice nails. And the other had a head band on and assisted me in the bar area. Thank you ladies!!!

I wish that I could give a zero. My husband and I went on a Saturday in a couples date. It was moderately busy after our movie. We sat at the bar so we didn’t have to wait. The bar was dirty and it took forever for us to be addressed. The bartender NEVER addressed us. He barely wiped our area on the bar so my friend asked for the towel and she cleaned it. 6 min pass and still no greeting. The bartender was to busy flirting with the young ladies beside us. We got up and left. I understand that they were short handed but good customer service goes a long way. I will never go back to this location. So sad…

Although the food was good and the service seemed to be good when i checked my account it had been debited for more than what it was supposed to be. I left a $5 tip on $30 ticket and someone had added an extra $4. This is why people don't want to leave tips anymore. I hate a thief!!!

We keep trying to give Applebee's the benefit of the doubt but it just gets worse at every visit. We waited for about 30 mins to be seated which we understood since it looked like they are short staffed so once seated, I ordered the Blue Hawaiian Long Island Ice Tea however I got the Shark Bowl, when I told the server that it was the wrong drink she said it was the drink I ordered, so I went on to ask for the Top Shelf Long Island Iced tea, this time a different person brought my drink which was now the Blue Hawaiian Long Island Iced tea and she even said the first one was wrong. It really seems like no one likes their jobs and prefer to be somewhere else. The service is awful. SN: A customer behind me complained that there was hair in their food. Sooo I think I have given this Applebee's my last dollar. We never received napkins and only plastic spoons. And I had to wave someone down just to get my bill.

The hostess and wait staff were both very helpful and accommodating to us. I have mobility issues and the hostess sat us at a table near the door and parking lot so that I didn't have to walk far.Our waitress was friendly, quick and offered suggestions for our meal and dessert.Although the restaurant wasn't as crowded as it was during pre-pandemic times, it showed for us to enjoy our food without feeling rushed and we were able to talk and catch up on things that had happened since our last get together. ?

We had left a Comedy show and went there to eat, we waited an hour to be seated, but when we got seated.......the young gentleman name Will was truly impressive......he was working, hard, and was very respectful, even with the overwhelming task he had..... It was 6 of us, he remembered every order without writing down anything and when we got our food.....it was hot and presentable.....this young man deserves a raise, employee of the month or something.....he will keep your customers coming...back ???.....insider....next time tho.....I want a little more sugar in my tea tho??..... Keep up the good work young man.

They were trying their best and were friendly about it. They were only about 6 tables in use but the wait was almost 15 minutes. They seemed to be short staffed and there was a long wait for everything. It took almost 30 minutes to get the drink I ordered.The food was good when it came. Our waitress was spectacular. And the pecan sandie dessert was absolutely divine.They were out of silverware and some of the plateware, so we had plastic utensils and a paper to go cup for soup.Considering what it appears they were dealing with, they made the best of it and the staff's attitude made the visit worthwhile.
Today .. Came for the first time ... with my son after school and the server (Ianna) wasn't very pleasant. Then when I went to pay the bill she yelled at my son for a pen !!!! Would never come back and I shouldn't have left her a tip. That was just nasty and rude !!

Service was good for after COVID. Food was terrible. Fries were recooked, my son's burger was burnt. The bud light was flat and the shrimp had wierd taste. Me and my son left are whole plates. Will never go to Applebee's again.

We sat at a table with a clear view if the breakroom! I saw the mgr just sitting there doing nothing! She would not come out and help! Our food took forever and customers waiting so long to be seated that the left!! I know there is a shortage in the workforce, BUT COME ON! You have the staff on duty, but they are too busy talking about their personal lives and the lack of ice in front of the customer! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION ANYTIME SOON!!----GET IT TOGETHER!!

If I could give Zero stars I would.Server never came back to the table to even refill waters. Multiple issues with good including cold and watery sauce in the Mac and Cheese. We aren't ones to complain but had the server even made an attempt to check on us or refill the waters that were empty before food was even delivered the food definitely would have been returned; although we tried to flag the manager to let him know of our issues he was seemingly too busy to even glance at the dining room full of grumpy guests.Definitely will never again go back to this location. Horrible service, even worse food. Even after asking after the bill was paid no attention was ever paid to us or the 10 tables full of dirty dishes surrounding us for the entirety of our meal. Even when we expressed the desire to order drinks after the food was out in which took over 30 minutes to come out, cold and tasteless; with items missing. The servers response was "I'd be really mad if someone forgot my food" when we asked for him to take it off our bill because he never cared to check on his two tables.

I have'nt been to Applebees in years, I was craving Chillis but this was closer so I thought why not? Bad idea from walked in & a staff member who was sweeping & chatting it up with the host directed us to the front area & said someone will be right with us to seat us. We waiting about 5 min & nobody acknowldged us & the restuarant was very empty not busy at all. Meanwhile my 4 year old grandson pointed out a roach crawling on the floor by his foot, yuck! We walked smooth out of there, along the way out the host that was chatting it up w/the staff member was finally ready to seat us he had a handfull of menus etc, but no thanks to Chillis we went!
