The terrible service there from the people who serve, they yelled at me because since I couldn't pronounce the name Matt, I showed my phone to the boy, the good girl yelled at me not to show her the phone, then I was talking to my friend and the other woman also started yelling "your order is coming" and I didn't talk to them or complain about the wait, but that's not the deal and I would like them to pay attention to the service they give there

I pulled up to any empty drive through about 5pm told the cashier that I haven't eaten there in a while give me a minute look at the menu! When I was ready I said excuse me sir im ready and someone said I'm not no sir! I asked what did you say and someone else said go ahead with your order maam! I drove off and went 2 doors down to burger king... I don't spend my money where the employees are disrespectful!!!

I wish I can give this location 0 stars. the young crew that is working tonight was unprofessional and horrible. my friend was very disrespectful to the staff which I'm not excusing, however my food was messed up way before that and because my friend was being an jerk I had to suffer the derogatory remarks from this crew. I was threatened by this crew and I had nothing to do with the situation. My advice will be to have someone with a lil more life experience as a manager on duty because I wasted money on food improperly cooked and poorly served.

Very disappointed. I used the drive thru to order food. To my disappointment, my drink was warm to the touch. I noticed almost no ice. My food tasted old, like it was on a warmer or maybe someone else's order that got cancelled. The clerk wasn't attentive to me and kept talking to her co-workers about a friend that just pulled up to the parking lot. Mentally they looked checked out and could careless about the quality of the service and food. I have been here many times before but this one experience will make it my last. Really disappointed.

Whoever the gentleman that worked the drive thru on 9/26 around lunch time with the blue contacts, is PHENOMENAL!! Such good customer service. The food is decent but the few times I’ve came he has been in the drive thru and been an absolute star ⭐️. He is the epitome of southern hospitality and excellent customer service!
