Arby's still has the best fast food burgers around. I took advantage of buy 1 / get 1 free thru the Arby's app. My burgers were made quickly and correctly. The service was friendly and efficient. It seems like more people do drive-thru instead of coming into the location. Very easy to get in and get out.

Update 10-2025: The lady who helped with my order was wonderful. I had taken advantage of the app, and ordered the 5 steak bites, with a free shake through today's deal. The 5 steak bites worked, but the shake didn't show on the order. She went ahead and let me have the shake for free. I've been avoiding this location because of the service problem with the manager 5 months ago, but now I will be back. Ah yes, and the steak and shake were both GREAT! Update from May 2025: The server taking my order was sweet and very much wanted to help. The manager stopped her from helping me with the app and the coupon code, preventing me from doing the online order for “BBQ Day”, despite the clear signage, and me witnessing two online order pickups Ridiculously slow, noisy, seating is very uncomfortable
First order from this location. Brought it home. Saw rainbow colored meat. Threw it away.

Food was horrible! Chicken tenders were dry and barely hot. French fries were cold and it was a bunch of burnt fries. I feel like I'm going to vomit and praying that it's not food poisoning. I will NEVER go back. Y'all should feel ashamed serving food like that!

Order was wrong $20 spent, waited by the front door for my order that was 1 of 3 waiting. After 5 min. Order was wrong when I got ba k to my hotel. Food was cold cuz I waited for the other 2 orders to get finished so they could bring out all 3 at the same time

Unfortunately it's a real bummer when you walk in to order and you see all the sandwiches already made and sitting under a heat lamp. I remember when they use to slice it to order. Just seeing that made me hold back on ordering all the food I wanted and I'm glad I did because it was a disappointment. Since when does the classic come with lettuce? But not actually a topping but little piece that most have gotten wrapped in the sandwich from an uncleaned service area where lettuce was left over from a previous sandwich. I'm sure things like this is why Arby's is on hard times. Safe to say I won't come back.😔

We were met with the manager in duty telling us that I guess you’re just missing it. Will not come back. Customer service is terrible and food is cold and mediocre. Didn’t even receive a receipt .
