I'm picky about fast food, but it's hard to resist Arby's fries and roast beef. This location is one of the two Arby's I visit due to convenience and service. I've ordered in the drive thru and at the counter numerous times over the years. The teenagers working are always friendly and helpful. I don't even remember a time that my order was inaccurate. Yes service can be slow at times, but I'm usually not in a hurry. Most recently I chose to dine-in. I guess I haven't been in a while since they had several new menu items. I decided to try the roast beef gyro with fries. It was really good. The soft, chewy wrap was topped with ample lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sauce, and roast beef. The fries tasted as good as usual. Prices have gone up over the years similar to other fast food places. The dining room was empty and clean. Overall, if you want to go to Arby's I recommend this location!

I don’t remember their names, but I came in for a simple chicken nugget meal this afternoon and everything was perfect! The two employees I did interact with were super sweet and I’m so happy I stopped by for a quick bite. Thanks y’all, I know times are crazy with short staffing and such, but you guys are killing it!!

The Arby's Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger left me with mixed feelings. While it wasn't bad, it didn't quite reach the level of greatness either. One disappointing aspect was the lettuce, which didn't look appetizing. On a positive note, I appreciated the convenience of the online order process, and the drive-thru staff was pleasant. However, considering the price of over $12 for this combo, I expected a more exceptional taste. In my opinion, the burger's flavor fell short, making me question if it should be priced closer to $7-$8 instead.

I ate a roast beef sandwhich for the first time from here and it was so good. It was so big I could barely eat half of it.
Awesome staff and the food is really good and fresh at this location.Can't wait to see the new building (because it will be cool and the thermostat is near the kitchen and dining room is a bit chilly). LOL.

When I walked in, the line was 4 or 5 deep & there were several people waiting for their orders. Everyone in line complained ordering and no orders came out. A couple of minutes later, everyone orders started to come out. Don't know what the holdup was.The cashier who took my order was very friendly and handled the orders efficiently.Food was good, very similar to the other Arby's I've been to.Vegetarian options: No!Parking: Parking always seems hard. Maybe angling the spaces across the lot from the store.
By far the absolute worst food I have had from an Arby's ever!!! Will not ever eat here again. It took forever to get the food and it was cold by the time I got to eat. It was filthy inside and the floors were sticky.

My bad experience with this Arby's on Fairbanks Dr in Raleigh, NC. I ordered 2 fish meals with adding 2 small orders of fries and drinks. The fries did not come freshly made I taste one and came back to ask for fresh ones. The ladies changed them but gave new fries back heavy salted. I guess that was to get back at me for bringing the fries back for some fresh ones. And I had already got home and call this location back to speak with a manager. Told her the fries was fresh now but the cook put so much salt on them I had to throw them away. She asks did I still have my receipt I said yes. She said keep it on my next visit she will give me more fries lol. I just said thank you I will not run gas out my car again to come back for that. I will never go back here again, and I live close by this location.

Big kudos for the crew at this location for the 5:00 hour. I have had issues with several other locations (Hillsborough Rd., Avondale Rd., and Roxboro Rd., all within the Durham area) ranging from incorrect orders, closed dining room, bad customer service, rejected entry and lack of supplies to include “broken” shake machine as if they identified as a McDonald’s. I ordered from the app and walked in and grabbed my order with no issues. I do not live in the north Raleigh area but this may be my go to place for a while. However, I have yet to receive a reply from corporate after sending my complaint in last month. My trust with the brand has been restored.
