Ate at the Food truck when it was next to Camden apartments. Arepas were delicious! I had La Sureña (bbq pork) y La Pelua (shredded beef), and my wife had El Dominó (gluten-free and dairy free). We really liked them. The red sauce (spicy) and the green sauce also were both delicious!

I haven’t had a true Venezuelan arepa since Chavez was president (or dictator). I was hoping for carne menchada or maybe queso de mano, but they didn’t have these as options...
We rented the Arepa Culture Food Truck for our wedding in Whitsett, NC. I could not express how great this choice ended up being. The food was setup perfectly for guests to grab and go. There was an easy routine setup for guests to order and obtain their meal. Every meal was hot, fresh, and MTO. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service to our guests. The guests made the food a hot topic throughout the evening, singing praises even though most had not had arepas...
For ordering food around 12:30, I was surprised to find my arepas stale (they were almost like English muffins!) and my rice and beans lukewarm / almost cold.

I did not care much for the Tica or the Pelua. I found the flavor profiles very one-dimensional and bland.

Also, the beans were much too salty (and I use a lot of salt on food!).

I will stick to Guasaca.
