Always been a fan of a good mall pretzel! This location has changed a ton over the years, but recently I feel they are staffed efficiently for the amount of customers they have. The teenagers who work there are pretty good! Always have a nice warm pretzel when I come to the mall.

I really like auntie Anne’s but the service was bad I saw the cashier grab a pizza pretzel after I said I wanted a regular and she just had a attitude and the food was chewy and not soft

Bad service juice taste like soap and when I ask the manager or the owner he refuse to change it to another drink . They don't clean the juice tank well before they use it i think , The owner act like he own the world and we have to buy his product no matter what good or bad , I don't recommend this place to anyone.

we tried the new oreo one and it was just okay. not personally my favorite but it’s good for those who like oreos.

Their food, service and everything else never fails. Fresh pretzels, and their drinks are always good and to wait in rush hours is also worth if the order isn't ready (As a customer we should cooperate, they'd be trying their to best to serve us). The staff works efficiently and without losing the warmth. Also their cinnamon nuggets and new added Oreo nuggets are a must-have — seriously addictive. After my several good experiences I always suggest to have them in any gathering as snacks. Overall, Good spot for a quick snack, hanging out with friends, or grabbing treats for a party. Always a wonderful experience.

I had an absolutely horrible time here, I got charged 3 times, because the cashier was not trained to use the register, for one cup of pretzel nuggets which was under cooked and improperly cut making it so it takes up more room preventing more pretzels from fitting in the cup, when I asked for a refund the man in charge insisted in in a partial refund in cash claiming he would cancel the other charge tomorrow. He ended up repaying me in cash instead of cancelling the other two charges, this seems shady and dishonest, this location's incompetent is staggering, I would highly recommend avoiding this location given it's multiple problems.

I always stop as soon as i get buttery smells in the mall because i know it’s Auntie Anne’s around.I like Crabtree Mall one if you go in or out of the mall I join the line for my favorite Cinnamon Sugar Nuggets and lemonade.
Horrible service and they don't put enough cinnamon most of the times. You can't even talk to them without them giving you that weird look!

Average store with slow service.They said 6 mins but ended up waiting for 15 ++ minutes.If we had known as 15++ mins then we wouldn't have ordered and left the place.Pretzel nuggets didn't taste well either. Overall it wasn't worth the wait, and a waste of time.
