Always been a fan of a good mall pretzel! This location has changed a ton over the years, but recently I feel they are staffed efficiently for the amount of customers they have. The teenagers who work there are pretty good! Always have a nice warm pretzel when I come to the mall.

Their food, service and everything else never fails. Fresh pretzels, and their drinks are always good and to wait in rush hours is also worth if the order isn't ready (As a customer we should cooperate, they'd be trying their to best to serve us). The staff works efficiently and without losing the warmth. Also their cinnamon nuggets and new added Oreo nuggets are a must-have — seriously addictive. After my several good experiences I always suggest to have them in...
