I ordered the pretzel bites with sour cream on Tuesday through the app. Got there and was told they wouldn’t have it until tomorrow so I settled for the pepperoni pretzel bites instead. So today I ordered the pretzel bites with sour cream today. Get there and was told they didn’t have it so they gave me a regular pretzel instead. I paid $7.19 before tax for the bites and was given a $4.99 pretzel instead. I didn’t get my monies worth. Won’t be back to this location.

The people that work here are a joke, asked to just try the lemonade and they roll their eyes at me and tell me no and then when I comment on their attitude they tell me that they weren’t even looking at me and then I ask for the managers info because at this point I’m in awe at how they are acting towards a customer and then while I’m walking away with my daughter they yell “ oh no I’m so scared” after refusing to give me their name. What is happening to the customer service industry?? I will NEVER be going back to this place. Please do better and focus on hiring better people for your company. You lost a customer today.

Gotta give yall some props. A “friend” of mine came in fiending for the Dip n’ Sip today. This friend has the propensity for causing a scene if her needs are unmet. Lo and behold, the two employees were able to tame the beast and deliver upon her a Dip n Sip cup after previously asserting they were out of the cups. She went upon her merry way straight to the Dillard for some 80% off booties. Thanks for bestowing the pretzel nuggets upon her. Bless.

On Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 1:30 pm I came the Aunties Anne’s store on the Upper level at Triangle Mall and was greeted with the most disrespectful employee I’ve ever seen . I simply asked could she make an order of cinnamon sugar nuggets and she quickly and abruptly said “NO” because the ones in the warmer were made 10-15 minutes ago. I have an allergy so I asked nicely again and she said that “our store doesn’t do anything made to order which is puzzling because I worked at many Auntie Anne’s stores (Triangle and Crabtree ) in the past and this was never an issue especially knowing what the corporate policy is. She did not have a name tag/Apron/ headwear/ or gloves and would not give me her name so I will be reporting this to corporate!
I was told the store owner’s name Chris.

I really liked this auntie annes the food was #yumyuminmytumtum, but in all seriousness the food is really good and i really like the mini dogs there and i also like the wavy haired Mexican that works downstairs, but yea food is 10/10 def recommend

WOW!! This place had gotten a lot better and the old reviews of this place is nothing like now , I got fresh cinnamon nuggets and they tasted amazing and great customer service I loved it and the reviews don’t represent the store untill you go and try it yourself?
There is always 3-4 employees working but never any pretzels/cups ready ! I asked for a non salted pretzel due to my diet and got salt !! I asked for a blueberry lemonade and got the blue drink with no lemonade !! If the prices are going to be high, I expect excellent customer service !

Would leave a -10 if i could. Took 20 minutes to get through the line, the guy working the register is an IDIOT! i order 3 three drinks, had to look at the reciept 17 times to figure out what three drinks i just told him. Tried to tell him that the third drink he was making he had already poured i was missing the lemonade. Proceeds to tell me to "just let him do his job and maybe he could get the drinks right" even though this was the first thing i had said to him. He was extremely unprofesional, touched his face every 2 seconds rubbing his nose and hair while making peoples drinks and food.

My husband and I went there around 11am today. They informed us it would take a little time. Around 1130 they werent done, yet we waited a little longer. Finally when ordering the cashier young gentleman who wore glasses assisted us. He then asked the one preparing the pretzels(young hispanic) a question who rudely used a derogatory name to wait up and hold the hell up. On top of all this, there was loud music playing with the N word being used.
I find this to be very unpprofessional in a setting such as the mall. The one preparing the pretzels was very rude to us and to his co-worker. I wanted to leave feedback in hopes of properly training as dealing with me as a consumer.
