Not that busy and waited 20 min for a menu. Better off driving someplace else or Uber to the mall. I would share a photo but it would just be an empty table.

I LOVE the short Rib Grilled Cheese!!!! Consistently delicious. Tender, delicious meat with good cheese, on really good toasted bread, served with fries.I make two meals out of it. I eat 1 half of the delicious sandwich and the fries. Then later the second half.

Highly recommend this consistently clean and very nice hotel. Front desk staff is always friendly, complimentary water and goodies are welcoming. Restaurant staff for breakfast and dinner and happy hour are consistently friendly and plenty of food that is tasty! The rooms are huge and extremely clean. Recommend 10/10!!!

Zeelena who works in the restaurant at breakfast is a wonderful employee. She helped me order an omelette, brought potatoes and offered another cup of coffee. She was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her and would definitely hire her.

Price was very reasonable. I used my Hilton Honors points for the stay and received bonus points and points for the restaurant/bar charges. The suite had a keen size bed and a shower. A made to order breakfast was included with the breakfast buffet.

Very nice and looked to be recently updated--very modern and clean. Exactly what I want out of a hotel. My one and only complaint was the placement of the knob in the shower. Impossible to turn on/warm up without being in the cold spray of the shower head. Will definitely stay there again.

Great experience! No problems with check in or check out. No issues with any provided service. Many thanks to Manager Bob for his assistance with my understanding of the bill and my Hilton Honor rewards.

Breakfast? Coffee? Don’t count on it. Breakfast ends promptly at 9am. They literally close the doors at 9:00:01. I’ve never been at another Embassy Suites that finishes breakfast that early. Besides that they didn’t even have coffee available. AT ALL. I asked where I could get coffee and they told me “There’s a Starbucks in the mall across the street”. Otherwise the hotel seems fine but will probably stay somewhere else next time.

What a great stay! I was able to check in about 20 minutes early which helped me to get to an event on time. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. My room was spacious and well-appointed, but most of all I loved that it was very clean! The bed was really comfy with lots of pillows to choose from. It was nice and quiet throughout the night. The hotel has a beautiful lobby area and is in a great area with the mall in walking distance. I wish I had more time to spend there to explore the area. I look forward to coming to this hotel again to take in the pool area and enjoy another fabulous stay!

If I could give it a zero, I would! Do not book this hotel! Me and my family were extremely disappointed with the stay here! There was a loud party going on all night. The hotel was dirty. We paid for 2 nights but were only allowed to stay for 1 night because management stated they only had us down for a 1 night stay. It took days before we got our refund on the 2nd night we paid for but were not allowed to stay. The pool was very small, and it took forever in a long line to order a drink at the bar. Our family has traveled to Canada, Mexico, France, South Africa, & multiple places in the United States, and we have never had this kind of experience before at a hotel. We were so shocked at the way management spoke to us and treated us. We were extremely displeased with this hotel and will never be coming back here again.

Hotel was gorgeous however I have never been treated more poorly in an establishment than when I was at this location. I went there for a cheer competition with my daughters' team. We enjoyed some team bonding together and as we were heading to the pool; I noticed my 1-year-old son was not really feeling the elevator being this was his first time on one. So, as we were leaving the pool heading back to the room as we were boarding the elevator, I noticed my son stopped beside me and would not step on to the elevator. Being that my hands were full I tried readjusting the things in my hand so I could reach out and grab my son being that the elevator door was not operating properly, I was in fear it was going to squash me. Before I know it, some manager comes flying around the corner yelling for me to get my son. I told him I needed to get my son on the elevator safely and his response to me was "well ma'am I am not going to get my elevator broke". In my opinion forget my safety, but you would think the safety of my 1-year-old would be more important than a beeping elevator. Needless to say, this location will never get another dime out of me. I could care less about your elevator or what could have gotten broken when my son could've been harmed at your hotel. My son is my #1 priority. Please have managers that are more kid friendly.

Traveling for family event but we were so close to everything we were able to incorporate some time to see the city. The proximity allowed time for shopping because the property is actually within walking distance of the Crabtree Mall. There were several options at the mall which were great places to eat (Brio and Cheesecake Factory). Since we were close to everything we had time to drive around and explore the city.

Very pretty and modern Embassy Suites. Rooms are spacious and the gym is very good for a hotel gym. A number of cardio machines. Dumbbells max out at 50. There are a few medicine balls as well as a cable machine. Enough to keep you consistent. Didn’t use the pool but there is a small one. Evening reception and breakfast are basic but also get the job done. The hotel is pretty loud. I could hear other patrons while trying to sleep. Near the mall but not a whole lot else so I had to get picked up or Uber to get anywhere.

Sitting in the hotel as I write this. Wifi did not work in the room. I notified the front desk last night that, as soon as I entered my room, it stopped working. The only option the front desk could offer me was to call tech support, which is not fair to the employee or the guest. It is 2023, Hilton…DO BETTER. There is no menu of any kind on the site for this hotel or any other under the Hilton umbrella, which makes it very difficult to plan for what I can eat. (I am on a restricted diet that, in part, prevents me from consuming dairy.) For lactose-intolerant guests, this presents a challenge as traveling with nondairy milk is not always a practical option. Why is there no soy, oat, etc., option available like every other place that serves breakfast? Further, where are healthier options like whole grain bagels/bread? You are a multi-billion-dollar company and offering a menu online as well as whole grain and nondairy options are not outlandish or exorbitant requests in 2023. In fact, they should not even have to be brought up—ESPECIALLY when breakfast is included (yet many guests are excluded). Finally, plastic cups at breakfast? Seriously?! I am not even going to say anything more about this. Stop worrying about executive salaries over the basic comforts of your guests. It is a true shame that your oversights clouded over what might have otherwise been a pleasant experience given the friendly staff.
