Customer service is nonexistent. They could care less if they mess up your order. When you politely bring it to their attention they act like the customer is wrong. The burgers have really gone down in quality as well. Just so disappointed.

This place used to be a great restaurant. My recent visit in June 2025 I was disappointed. Backyard Burgers certainly lost their spirit. Customer service has been replaced by a kiosk machine that takes your order. Any real interactions between staff and customer, the quality has been reduced and is similar to McDonald's. I do not recommend.

My advice to anyone purchasing food from this place is to double-check your order before leaving.
I have had at least three instances over the past two years where an item or more was missing. On my two most recent visits, I was given a replacement.
Today, I ordered four different burgers with four French fries. One of the burgers was missing. I immediately returned to Back Yard Burgers to report the issue. They refused to give me a replacement. I was told that I had to bring back the bag with the burgers and fries so they could prove that the burger was indeed missing.
There was not a phone number listed on the receipt. And unlike all other restaurants, they do not have their logo on their receipts.
I am done with this place. Good luck Back Yard Burgers!

The burgers were on point. The staff were friendly. The only suggestion I would make is if you ask for extra onions make sure you say extra extra or you get one ring. That is not a negative just a suggestion.

This was our first time at a Backyard Burgers and it didn't disappoint! The burgers tasted like something that you'd cook at home on the grill with a ton of flavor, juicy, and a good size! I had the Southwest BBQ Bacon and my boyfriend got the Steakhouse Burger. The seasoned fries are delicious too. Everything came out hot and fresh quickly. The staff were super friendly and very helpful too, especially Chad! The prices were good for the quality and size of food. We'd come back again!
Best fast food burger , hands down. Employees are nice and polite, clean restaurant, but best of all an amazing burger. Definitely lives up to the name because it tastes like a burger just take off the grill in the backyard!!!
