New ripoff. Clearly run by accountants that thought customer’s wouldn’t notice. I talked to mgr. Salad now only has 1.8oz of chicken and previously had over four. I’ve been getting this salad for over 3 years. Think what they are doing with burgers and fries! Nothing on the menu that says they cut the portion by 50% for the same price. I try to support small businesses but they lost my trust. Bye Bye Backyard.

We’ve been coming here on and off for years. I recently visited Backyard Burgers with my family, and at $64 for four people (burgers, fries, and drinks), it felt way too expensive for what we got. The food was decent, but not worth the steep price. While the burgers and fries were fine, they didn’t stand out enough to justify the cost. We won’t be returning unless the prices come down.

Very disappointed. The burgers were dry and flavorless. The meat was overcooked and there was hardly any condiments on it. Neither of us even finished and we were both hungry.

Love some big and juicy Backyard Burgers! Make sure to save room for the cobbler.
Placed an order in the drive thru for 2 burger meals and the guy in the window opens it with an apathetic “$28.88”. (No greeting or anything) We get our drinks just fine but they gave us only one burger and no fries. We wait for the rest of our food. The same guy came back and my husband politely asked if the rest of our food was coming and the guy asked for a receipt. (Which is totally normal and fine.) However before my husband can even turn to get the receipt from me the guy at the window goes “DO. YOU. HAVE. A. RECEIPT!?” We provided the receipt and were brought back with two burgers and still no fries. Different employee came back and apologized and didn’t return our receipt. My husband had to pull over and go inside to get our fries. Food was alright. Honestly the food delivery issue wouldn’t have been that bad if the attitude was better.
