Wasn't what we expected. Average food, like mcds or wendys. They don't trust the customers to put mayo or mustard on their build to order burger. Mine had way too much of each. No servsafe certificates. Kitchen staff visibility seen eating and drinking while perparing food. Not to mention the filth. The kitchen exhaust isn't working due to the exhuast dirt outside the kitchen area. Will not return

Went with a group of coworkers, and all of them received their food and enjoyed it. But they did botch my order, but they gave me some free chips to snack on before I got the correct item and fast-tracked it.
My "bad ass" burger was great, and I also enjoyed the mudslide.
Would eat here again if in town long enough.

It's hard to rate this place consistently because the quality of food depends on the shift working in the kitchen. About 1 in 5 times, the burgers may be overcooked, and your requests for doneness might be ignored, with some waitstaff being rude. However, the other 4 out of 5 times, the food is fantastic, and the service is great. Overall, it's still one of my favorite spots in the city.
The burgers were so delicious?! Were they able to put us together ourselves? And the brilliant thing was that we were able to tick them like on a kind of order pad, which makes it easier if you don't speak English very well ?. But what really made it a special experience was the friendly lady at the reception and our waitress. Sooo nice, she tried very hard to speak simple English to us, kept asking if everything was okay or if we would like anything else. Just great. Thank you very much for that ?

Yummm! I ordered the maxed out bacon cheeseburger and it did not disappoint. So juicy and delicious, quality beef. Nice server and cool atmosphere. I will definitely eat here again.
