Any othe time is an okay place. Today... there was a roach...moving near the turkey 😵💫🤢😷. Everything over here is not a well kept, building wise & the homeless people make it sad.✌🏾 ill just eat elsewhere
Prompt and friendly service. I will patronize them again.

Ummm what is this place? What kind of shell of a restaurant is this supposed to be? There is absolutely no interaction with anyone the moment you walk in the door. You better hope you know how to go down the line and add the stuff to your bowls yourself. Also, the meat is all weirdly frozen? I’ve been to many places like this and never seen frozen meat before. There are no sauces or really any green options on the bar for your dish. There are only bottled drinks from a small fridge. The tables seem to all seat 6 or more people and they are oddly arranged on one side of the room. The waiting area for to go food looks like the waiting area for a DMV. There is no music. There are ghost of hibachi past that loom behind the buffet. I honestly feel like this is the backrooms. All the food is packaged to go as well, and before you get your food you have to pay. Which is normal, I guess. The food was surprisingly good which kind of shocked me, but not more than the gentleman I watched pile up two trays full of almost the entire buffet. Umm, this was an experience. I won’t be back. But maybe get it to go!

Weird place to eat. There’s pretty much no customer service. I’m in the area for a business trip and have never been here. There was little to no instruction on how to eat here but if you did it wrong you get yelled at by the hostess. Wouldn’t recommend. Food was pretty expensive as a single person. In my area this type of place is buffet style but this was priced by weight and most of it was the fried rice I didn’t even select the amount of.

Service was terrible, waited almost 15 min for ice water and still had to ask for utensils. Food very limited, no selection on spices, sauces, etc. I don't think they even had the a/c on. Crazy fire is much better, I don't really see how this is Mongolian grill.

I absolutely love Bali Hai! I go all the time after work and even brought my family after my graduation- it’s my favorite restaurant. I love that you can customize the sauce and ingredients in your dish. It is very quiet and clean.
