Overpriced. Nothing like it used to be when Isaac ran it. Charge and nickle and dime for every little thing. Don’t even give water. Stay away. Do NOT GO here.

I come here a couple times a month, love that you can create your own food which is very nice for someone like me who has sensory issues! Staff is always kind, and food is always ready quick!

Great food and good service. This was our first time at a place like this and It wasn't exactly busy but Nathan was manning the front and did great. He was attentive, gave us good descriptions, answered our questions, and helped us fill out the tickets. The food was really good, you pick out all of your ingredients and they cook it hibachi style and have a selection of Asian inspired sauces. Price is on par with Chinese takeout But this is generally better quality overall. The weight and food cooks down a lot so load up your plate with more than you think you need. Highly recommend.I'm not sure if the soda fountain was working because we just got water. They do have bottled beverages in the cooler but that's not ideal if you're dining in.

My favorite place to eat for 30 years! So happy to have them in North Raleigh off Strickland Road, Garner was a drive!

Horrible. Few protein and veggie options available. Food came out bland, overcooked, and served in a styrofoam container even though I was dining in.

Like this place a lot. The food is good when you're in the mood for Mongolian barbecue. I wish they would put out more of the beef because it goes fast. I also wish they had a better selection of drinks. They have bottled sodas but a limited variety. They have gold peak tea in both sweet and unsweet. Would really like to see some zero sugar options for drinks and possibly some house brewed iced tea. This is a go to place for stir fry. The selection of vegetables is outstanding. Fried rice is good but could be a little more authentic with some vegetables in it. It is a good place.Vegetarian options: They have veggies. You don't have to get the meat if you don't want to.Kid-friendliness: A kid can get a kids size portion. They are still going to sell you a good bit of rice by the pound.Parking: This shopping center includes a gym, a thrift store, and a few different restaurants as well as a pharmacy, UPS store, and a Walgreens drugstore. The parking here used to be easy to find but since the gym came, parking is very difficult. You can find something but you might have to park away from the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: The place has wide doors and a level surface. It would be very easy to enter this place with only a little assistance. Getting to the bar and to the place where you put your trays to be cooked might be a challenge if you don't have some assistance. I believe the staff would be more than happy to assist.

It was an awkward experience. First time there and when we walked in we weren't sure what to do. We sat ourselves and I walked toward the bar where the kind server told me how the sauces worked. There was a very limited options on ingredients for the grill. It was also VERY hot in the dining area...

I have loved Bali for years, back to the original spot where Isaac manned the grill. Its changed so much. Lacks the OG flavor, but its still good. Now they charge by the pound and it is overpriced. Last time I went, I got noodles for my bowl as always. When they rang up my total I was a bit shocked and asked, "did yall go up on price?" The cashier said that they had to charge me for rice even though I did not get any. Who would want rice and noodles! I have not been back and will never go again. They lost a customer of 15yrs.
