Bar Louie - Brier Creek

I loved our waiter! He was awesome, and the food came out in good timing! Service was great all in all, DEFINITELY recommend!

The food was very good. Loved the pretzel appetizers!! There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. For some reason, they sat the tables on top of each other and the music was blaring. The two of us couldn't even hear each other speak. I guess I have become my dad or an old curmudgeon and had to ask them to turn down the music a little. Food was good, ambience...eh

This was my first time visiting Bar Louie and unfortunately it was not a good experience. Even our group of 8 friends came on Tuesday at 5:00 pm, no one greeted us. We had reservations but we wound up seating ourselves. Finally, our waitress came over. Boy, was she!!! She didn't make eye contact with us while when we ordered our food. To make matters worse, most of our orders were either lukewarm or not what we ordered. This was a disappointment and a waste of time. I highly doubt that there will be a repeat visit to this restaurant. Ugh!!!😑

The worst Experience ever!!!! 20 minutes wait for a waitress and menus. Had a reservation was told to sit anywhere. Pee all over bathroom floor and seats. Smelled like pee. Ruined my sons birthday experience.

I ordered a burger. The server asked what side I would like so I looked at the sides and I said I will have coleslaw. She ended up charging me three dollars extra because she said normally it just comes with fries. Well then, why did she ask me and then never informed me that I had to pay three dollars extra? She simply said what side would you like. It made me very upset that I had no knowledge of that and ate only about two bites of it. When I addressed it with her, she said oh well. It cost a lot to go out nowadays, and I certainly would not have ordered that if she would’ve informed me.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had I went for the first time tonight and ordered my food it came out wrong they were short of help right before my food came back out it was a big roach on the floor the cook came out picked the roach up (with gloves) on went straight to the back right after that the server came back with my food and I just could not eat it I completely lost my appetite when I told the manager what happened he said well you will pay for your food because you ordered it (I didn't pay )for it he was just so disrespectful and rude oh and then my party was
Thinking about ordering wings we were told not to becouse they keep them out from Sunday to Sunday put them in a air fryer an rewarm them up so for us not to order them because they won't be fresh until Monday when I say this is the worst restaurant I have ever been to that's what I mean...

Food was delicious, reasonable prices, excellent service. We will look forward to coming back.

We visited the Raliegh location and had Toni as our server, she was aces. She was super attentive, on point with every request and very helpful. We were in town from NY and I have to say this was by far the Best Bar Louie location I have visited. Drinks were great and Toni was amazing.
