Bar Louie - Brier Creek

The space is big and has eclectic decorations of photographs and paintings . They even have an area to post an instagram photo or social media . Our waiter was great but the food service was a little strange . We had a party of 3 and all of our food came out at a different time ,and it wasn't even close together . One in our party received her food 10 min before the rest even started coming . We ordered an appetizer of nachos and the dips were great but the nachos were not even heated . They were cold and stale . The chicken tenders were dry and overcooked . We still had fun , but with the price of the food and the more upscale vibe they definitely need to do better . Our bill was a few dollars under $100 , I have had much better food at other cheaper restaurants and bars for what we ordered and that was disappointing since we were celebrating a 21st birthday

Food was horrible.
Came here Mother’s Day and was so disappointed. They gave me a chicken breast as thin as my finger nail. Potatoes wasn’t done at all and the zucchini was way too slimy. The hot wings are huge. The guacamole was brown I asked for a different one and they brought out another that was brown also. The queso cheese was cold and to top it off the waiter was high af. I’m only giving them a two start because my baby said he liked his burger. I will not never go back here

So this was my experience with bar louie as a first time traveler in Raleigh NC. We came in was seated with a pleasant waitress who took my order of a Spinach dip and wings and a mojito drink . The drink was watered down . After speaking with the waitress she informed the manager. The manager came over with a response of “ What’s Up “ hmm 🤔 my thoughts were who greets a
customer like that .
Anyhoo advise him that that I was not
Satisfied with my drink and ask
If other options. I was immediately informed that they won’t take my drink
back or make me another . He made no attempt to resolve or rectify the situation. So I just told them
Never mind I would just keep the drink .then my food came
out the spinach dip was not fresh pre-heated and my wings as if they just put in the microwave not fresh at all. This was the worst experience I Ever had . Thank you Bar Louie for your ungrateful and poor leadership of management that represents the face of your establishment.

The drinks were not good. The drinks were not offered to be remade or swap for another drink that is their policy. The customer service was rude not on the servers side on the management side . Food was not good. I do not recommend this place at all.

6/8/25 1:15 a.m. l had just driven in from a conference in Charlotte and decided to get a takeout order of burger and fries. Easy peasy order, right? WRONG!!!! l didn’t think to check my takeout. Tired and hungry l get home to unwind and put on a movie. I open my order and there sat 10 salty wings. 😡 My blood pressure was already high because l didn’t get what l paid for, but these wings were stroke level salty. I couldn’t eat them. I will be taking the order back on Sunday, and l expect to get my money and tip back. Bet!!!! 😡😡😡😡

It's ok. Over priced for the atmosphere. Counter tops dirty menu was filthy to the point u don't want to touch it

It was loud, all of the servers were huddled talking. My drink was not good. The food was ok.

I definitely had a great experience, me and my friend who agreed when we walked in and was till we can sit anywhere service was quick. I highly recommend definitely will be coming back.

Fawn is amazing! I had a great experience at Bar Louie in Brier Creek thanks to her. She’s super friendly, attentive, and knows her drinks! Even with a busy bar, she kept the energy up and made sure everyone was taken care of. Highly recommend sitting at her bar if you visit!

Our server could have been a little more in tune with the orders for the table. It was like he didn't know who ordered what. He also could have offered the other menu because everyone did not want brunch. He also should have made sure the food orders were correct because I asked for scrambled eggs hard with cheese. The first plate was a fried egg and then the 2nd plate the eggs were burnt with no cheese . I did not bother as he said he doesn't make the food he just serves it. My potatoes were cold so it tells me that the first plate was brought as my second plate just with different eggs. I should have received a whole new plate. This was my first time at this establishment and wasn't that impressed. My tables were mixed up because I reserved for 12 but was seated at a table for 10. Come to find out my table was behind us but accommodations were made by adding a table and additional seating. Better organization is needed especially if reservations are made. Thank you 1st time patrons

I brought my sales team to Bar Louis this afternoon for some celebratory drinks and appetizers. We were quite the rowdy bunch, but our waiter Matt was so accommodating of us, always checking in to make sure our drinks were filled, and super patient with all of our orders. Amazing service, drinks and food! Ask for Matt when you go!

I booked a reservation in advance and the table was not ready. The waiter was extremely slow and took forever to take orders. Barely checked on us. One of my guests told the waiter she wanted to take her drink off and speak to the manager as soon as he brought her drink out because it looked watered down and she didn't see the manager until we erected about to leave.

They didn't have enough sit for my party of people. It's took $45 mini to receive drinks. I made a reservation online and was not able to get a table right away. The waitress we had was awesome I believe her name was Jasmine. She did a great job. The music was horrible. I don't ever seeing myself attending this bar again.
