I hate I had to give them 1 star we went there and asked for a banana split with wet nuts got the banana split the banana was black and no nuts I asked if we could have another one they said they were out of bananas and wet nuts everybody in the seem a little slow no disrespect

Ordered cake for a birthday with candles prepaid candles were not included won't answer the phone or respond thru email this restaurant is not close to me don't have to worry about me shopping there anymore just wanted credit for my candles

We came in after the soccer tournament this weekend and what a terrible experience. We brought 14 girls with families to enjoy ice cream post game and the staff was rude and quick to rush us out of the lobby. One staff member even told a parent to “get out”. Will NEVER come back. Franchise owner should be ashamed.
