Bella's Wood Fired Pizza And Tapas

This was just terrible. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this place is not worth it! I got the chorizo burrito and it was dry rice and cheese. The coffee was disgusting, it was just milk. The service was also terrible, I think you should hire some more people to help. We waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order and when they did, they were extremely short and rude with us. Overall not a good experience

This area is a food court. 100 people a day ask them for pizza by the slice and they refuse to adjust to the market. They are losing a ton of money, ours included.

TLDR: Skip this place. Full story below.Kid wanted a cheese pizza, ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni and basil (Margarita was a featured pizza). Was informed they were out of basil, sausage, mushrooms and chicken. Dang, ok, ordered a half pepperoni and jalapeno then. Grabbed a Cheerwine from the fridge. They took my payment and immediately turned around. Didn't confirm time, order, or acceptance. I went and sat down. Got the pizza about 10 or so minutes later. Couple minutes later realized there were no plates. Turned around and they were completely closed up at 3pm. I snuck behind the counter to get plates. Realized a few minutes in I had made a terrible mistake. Canned drink was hot, had to get ice from another shop. Pizza crust was great on the edge, but that was the only redeeming quality. Pizza toppings were under cooked, topping tasted cheap, cheese slid around on a layer of watery sauce, middle of the pizza quickly turned to mush. Even with a fork and knife (again procured from a different restaurant) it was an inedible mess.Sucks as the food hall it is in has a good vibe and a lot of good options. Wish this place would close up for good so that others wouldn't have to forgo the reputation hit this place is more than likely causing.

Great pizza , I really love to see how there are so many woman who run the shop , beautiful and full of life. I have no complaints MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE IS THE CHEESE RAVIOLI YUMMMMMM

$15 for a small pizza where the ingredients completely slide off is criminal. Essentially eating slippery dough. Save your money!

Charged my credit card twice!!! I ordered the evening of 1/28, a very uninterested man took my order and charged my credit card. He then said "The transaction didn't go through." I told him "It said approved over here and I signed for it." He mumbled something, took my order again. For whatever reason that failed too before another woman came over and took my order. She charged my card, I told her "This is the second time you are running my card." She didn't respond. $50 later, the pizza is not very good. Stay home and get a frozen pizza instead!

Wow! Excellent food and customer service. The staff was very attentive and polite and i was so impressed by their ability to handle such a high influx of customers with such a high level of professionalism and quality. They definitely have a great manager leading that facility. Definitely a must try!

First time at the food hall and we decided to try the pizza spot. The food looked delicious and it was delicious. It was only 1 young lady who took our order and made our pizza who had a great attitude and was very nice!

Would not eat here again. The service was not very friendly. They seemed more interested in being on their phones than helping. My meatball sandwich was cold, my girlfriend's cheese ravioli was cold in the middle, and the kids cheese pizza crust on the bottom was burnt. Very disappointed

I returned my chicken alfredo. Didn’t even taste like real food. I ordered it and he just walked away without telling me how long it would take. When I came back, the food was just sitting on the counter uncovered. I returned the food for a refund and the employee was digging in his nose, handling cash, and then the food all without gloves.

I ordered a pizza that comes with sausage, mushrooms and spinach. When it arrives it only had sausage. I asked the lady at the counter where the mushrooms and spinach were she said, "we're out". Why didn't she tell me when I order. The cool came out and said, "they're underneath the cheese". They weren't it was a lie. If I owned this place I'd fire these two. They are ruining your business.

BAD. Bad customer service, bad pizza, bad experience. I watched some rude employee light a fire for 30 minutes with amazon cardboard boxes and what came out is obviously an affront to pizza everywhere. Order literally anything else in the building.

The pizza was delicious and the lady working the kitchen was so friendly.
