$23.00 for 2 TINY ice cream cones with 2 scoops ice cream was ok at best but these people are insane to think people want to pay that much for ice cream cones. If i had bothered to look at the price would have walked back out but thought it can not be more than about $6 a cone but nope !!!! it is crazy the prices because they are in north hills think they can charge whatever and then wanted a tip on top of the 23 they ask at checkout
Larry and the crew at this location were absolutely wonderful. Extremely inviting and friendly! Will be back!
$25 for two ice cream cones!! That is insanity
We can’t do a small cup of ice cream for $10. We just can’t.
First time visiting B&J in the North Hills area. Was shocked how expensive a single scoop cone cost. Ordered two cones and was charged $23. Certainly not worth it. Ice Cream was ok, but the experience wasn't.
$13 for a small ice cream cone and the bathroom was out of order.
When the lady was taking my order she was not even listening. I got something but not what I wanted. I told her several times and she just kept doing what she was doing.
The ice cream was good, my little sister really like it. The price is a lot higher than last time I was there which was about a year ago. We ordered a small waffle cone and a small cup and the total was $21.11, that's just crazy. The customer service could also use some improvement 😕
nia was lovely ! she was great help :)

Total Price was $23 for two cones with two scoops. Hence the reason why they dont duplsay a price list. Customer service below average. Ice cream was good.

TL-DR: Raleigh moms: not for kids.
What is up with this Ben & Jerry’s? I was charged $17.97 for two scoops of ice cream in 2 cups. Not two smalls—literally two scoops. I had a 2 year old and 4 year old and was buying for them.
I questioned it and was told that was “the price for two smalls.” When I asked why it was that expensive for one scoop, she said the price was for a small — two scoops. I pointed out that they didn’t get two scoops each, they got one and she just shrugged and turned away. Figured it wasn’t worth getting upset over, but do want to give other parents/caretakers a heads up.
I got one small in two cups. Next time, I will specifically *order it this way*, or as 2 scoops in one bowl and shovel it out myself OR better yet, pop 3 shops down to bartaco and get a scoop there where they are more kid friendly. For that price, I’d rather hike over to Jeni’s or two roosters. If you have kids, just be aware.
And also fair to point out, this is my second time being charged this way and a nanny there with a 4 year old was billed the same way. So this isn’t me-specific — it’s the way they treat everyone.
Gave 2 stars because my kids adore the ice cream.

My family and I went to Ben’s today and Cheyenne was so helpful and she turned me on to a new water.

The lady at the front was insanely rude, didn’t acknowledge anyone, and looked like she’d rather be anywhere else. Very unpleasant experience. Maybe if you work at an icecream shop you should act like you do

We did a fundraiser here for my sons football team at Knightdale HS. The manager was super friendly and allowed us to set up and do our thing. I'm sure we'll be back for another fundraiser and to just sit and eat.
