Great location! So many experiences in the area you can do so much in one trip at this location; movies, BBQ, shopping. The worker was very helpful answering all my nutritional questions - and I had a lot - and was very patient with me. Great dairy and non-dairy options. Parking was plenty and the establishment was clean on the inside and outside. Will definitely come back to this location.Vegetarian options: Non dairy optionsDietary restrictions: They have nutrition information handy and have no issue sharing with customer. I really appreciated that easy access to this information.Parking: Easy open parking so you can grab and go of that is what you are looking for

Truly one of the worst ice cream experiences of my life. I walked into this location around 8pm on August 31st to be immediately bombarded with the racket of construction machines. My friend and I both ordered dirt cake in chocolate-dipped cones, and the employee informed us that he would have to put it in a cup with the cone on top because the ice cream was “too soft.” “Too soft” was an complete understatement… this nonsense was the equivalent of ice cream soup and somehow totaled to $20?!?!Here’s a crazy suggestion - if you’re going to sell ice cream at $10/serving then perhaps you could ensure that it has the consistency of ice cream… rather than tomato bisque.

This place is a masterpiece and I'll type down why. * They have a pretty great combination of ice creams and toppings. * You can buy a carton of ice cream. * You can buy a milkshake there as well. Overall this is ice cream heaven, and can't wait to go there this summer.

What is going on with this place?? First, it’s 77 degrees outside but it’s 90 degrees inside this store. They said the ac is out but it felt like the heat was on.Next, Drake song is a bit louder than it should be, with explicit lyrics playing while kids are walking in to buy ice cream, the young adults working are all on their phones.3rd, I’m charged $33 for a small 2 scoop waffle cone and a small one scoop waffle cone and when I ask “you you kidding? 33 bucks for 2 ice cream cones?” The gal behind the register tells me it’s right and tells me what I got that makes it the way. The other gentleman working ext to her walks up and says wait, that might be wrong and then after a few minutes of looking at each other the gal says “ohh wait, you’re right. It’s $22”The best part is when the gentleman looks at me and says “man, most people wouldn’t have caught that”. As if it’s the paying public’s job to double check what you’re charging them. But if they don’t catch it, then that’s cool right?!If I could give negative stars, this would be the right time to use them.Alas, they probably won’t change anything since there are several reviews complaining about the same pricing and poor service oriented staff.
