I’ve visited this place twice, primarily because they stay open late, making it a convenient option for late-night pizza cravings. However, both experiences left much to be desired in terms of customer service.During my initial visit, the person who answered the phone lacked enthusiasm and came across as indifferent. This lack of positive energy was concerning, especially when considering the importance of good customer service in the food industry.Unfortunately, my most recent encounter on 3/30/24 only reinforced my initial impression. Upon calling to inquire about any specials, I was met with a dismissive and rude response from the employee. Their snappy tone and rushed demeanor throughout the call were disappointing and not reflective of the level of service I expect.While I did eventually try the pizza when a friend brought me a slice, I found it to be only average, deserving of a 3 out of 5 rating.In conclusion, while the convenience of late-night hours is appreciated, the consistently poor customer service experiences make it difficult for me to justify returning to this establishment in the future. Sauce was delicious. Price great, especially for a whole pizza. The booth we sat at kept rocking. Cheese pizza was too crisp for my liking, but my daughter liked it. Sauce really made it for me.
Great food. Went on a Friday the staff was super friendly. Was gonna go again on a Saturday, and the crew was totally different and acted like they didn't care at all.That being said I'd definitely give it another shot. Could have been a day?

Evan and dean are amazing. I didn’t think bennys could be better, but Evan made this pie like a true artist. When you serve sliced pizza you need extra sauce to give it that moistness, But too much will take the crisp away, and I just wanted to say he killed it!

Make sure you have a vehicle that's big enough if you are getting the whole pie... I'm from the Bronx, but I've never seen a pie that big...Also a subtle spice kick in the sauce...Big fan...Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza fam... mushrooms, green peppers , onions,... it can be done well here...
I’m a pizza lover. When I saw this place online I immediately went to try it out. I love the branding, the marketing style. The store lay out was cool. Great service etc… The pizza is horrible. The sauce taste like it’s out of can. Hints.. Cans of sauce being displayed. The dough was too thin and doesn’t hold up outside of the crust area. It taste generic. The pizza recipe needs some work. . I would be happy to come in and help develop the pizza recipe in exchange for pizza. The concept is really cool. I love big slices. The execution is not good. The pizza is really not good. Once that area is fixed you guys will have something special

They tried to charge me 26 Box for a slide . I asked the price per slide and the guy confirmed 26. My wife replied it’s 6 . So he just said hoo I’m sorry . Be aware of this guys in Downtown Raleigh.
