After ordering from here for many yeard. My food never arrived. I was told by Toast/door dash it was the restaurants responsibility to issue a refund. The owner refused to refund or even remake the food. He yelled at both me and my wife over the phone after we spent hours on the phone with DD/Toast and then on the phone with him, basically suggesting it was our fault. It wasn't even that big of an order and now he's lost our business forever. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Very rude and horrible customer service. My family have patroinized this establishment for years without any issues. Today was the first time I was given an incomplete order and they really refused to even attempt to resolve the issue. She started yelling she has customers and that Uber Eats will not be an option in the future. The young man thats always assisting in the back actually toldmy husband to come up there to fight. Sir we aren’t starving and who wants to fight over a wrong order. Years of support from us and this community to finally show us who they are.

I work as a DoorDasher, and I went to a restaurant to pick up an order. When I arrived, I showed my DoorDash order to the girl at the front counter. She was very rude to me. After looking at my order, she walked off without saying anything. When she came back, I showed her the order again. This time, she pointed to the sodas and told me which one to get.
I couldn't find the soda right away, and she got mad. She started directing me to the soda while raising her voice and rolling her eyes. I had planned to get something to eat there, but after this experience, you can forget about me coming back for any reason.

I love this place and you would too! Affordable food + quick service! The pizza comes out hot and fresh, by the time I got home it was still hot and steamy! I ordered two cheese pizzas which i’ve had before and the 8pc Garlic parm wings for the fries time and the wings were so good. They cooked them very well. It’s always a Pleasant experience when I come to Big Cheese pizza :)
