My daughter and I had a nice visit to Biggby coffee. It was difficult to choose what to eat amongst muffins, cookies, or donut holes. My daughter chose the blueberry muffin and said it was a 5-star muffin, and she’s a tough judge. My hazelnut latte was excellent. Very friendly staff and can tell they get along well with each other. Will visit again!

My sister and I visited last month (11/21) and do not plan on coming back. We were very excited as they have a large variety of drinks, but the treatment we received was unacceptable. The cashier did not know what she was doing and asked several times what we ordered. The barista who made my sister’s iced chai took it upon himself to “balance” her drink as he put it since we added 2 pumps of sugar cookie syrup to it. We did not ask him to do this and don’t appreciate what he is trying to insinuate. He ended up giving us an extra pump of chai on the side, but the drink was not great. The cashier made a comment that 6 pumps of syrup in a drink was too much. We did not ask for her opinion and don’t need it. My iced latte also tasted bitter as though the shot was pulled incorrectly. We also heard them making fun of other customer’s drinks and saying some of the drinks had too much caffeine/sugar as well. I can’t believe how we were treated and we don’t feel comfortable coming back.

Staff was rude and inconsiderate I had a doordash order they had no customers and yet still tell me I have to come in as if i can magically guess the doordash name and steal someone food…. it’s ridiculous and it’s inconsiderate. Talking about for security reason like be fr nobody wanna steal yall coffee…. anyways i’ll never come here.

Original: Very inconsistent and gets our orders wrong quite often. Their fancy drinks seem pretty processed, not like Starbucks. Staff can be friendly or rude, never kmow what youll get. All in all not up to Starbucks level. Basically a coin flip, especially their drivethru. Plus some of their reviews below sound like paid reviewers. Bad.

Love this place! Brittany that works the drive thru is soooo sweet and positive and happy! Love seeing them everytime! What a cheerful person who really seems to enjoy their job!
Just left this location, and I really appreciated the two baristas that were working. Despite there only being two of them on Labor Day, they had positive attitudes and I could tell how hard they were working. I’m a barista myself and would strongly recommend changing the way labor and staffing is handled on a holiday like this even if there was a callout. As a customer, I felt really bad when I saw that there were actually only two of them on the floor, as we were in drive thru first and then decided to go in since we didn’t realize the circumstances. It’s never a good feeling being short-staffed, and I think that should have been managed better by management. At least close the drive thru to give them a break and a chance to breathe. The drinks were amazing too, so kudos to those two baristas!

I typically get good coffee here but it can vary. My biggest issue is how slow service is. They are always backed up and it takes me 20-30 minutes to get a coffee. “Ain’t nobody got time for that”. I just drive over to chick-fil-a where I’m served within 5 minutes and can get a coffee and combo for only $1 over what my large latte costs.
