Asked if they had one of those raspberry swirl’s I’d seen advertised that they were always sold out in the past. They said they had plenty, only to tell me at window they had sold out of the two while I was placing my order. The side of bacon was stale, and they wanted to know if I wanted to wait twenty five minutes, since they do not proactively replace the raspberry swirls until they run out. Supposedly to ensure they are fresh, but its for food cost. They did they same thing w the chocolate croissants, other previous seasonal items. I spoke with the manager Vincent, who confirmed that ‘to them’ two is ‘plenty.’ Do not support this greedy franchise location, the operator is doing the brand a disservice given the revenue this location generates. Biscuitville is normally the best, but this location has a history of abysmal service

Breakfast in N.C at a favorite stop. Clean, quiet, great staff and oh so good. We had the grilled chicken breakfast with egg, grits, and the great biscuit. It was a great way to start a day of shopping and travel.

If you want biscuits, go to Bojangles right up the road. The food here is really disappointing. You’d think they could get biscuits down at least but they were flavorless compared to bojangles.
The food is honestly amazing for a fast food joint. When I went, the staff were very friendly and the service was fast. Everything was clean and well stocked.

My 1st experience was no good. I asked if there was a platter that comes with eggs, grits, a biscuit, and orange juice and the cashier said yes how many eggs and I said 2 and can I get cheeses on my eggs. I only received the eggs, ok, grits and had to come back in and buy a separate biscuit $2.59 probably would of been cheaper if he'd given me the platter i ordered. I should of known to check my order considering the customer before me order was wrong as well
