I am very appreciative of people that work on holidays especially if they do it with a good attitude. I came in on Labor Day and Antoine was very helpful. You never have to worry about the quality of food at a biscuitville and the place was clean. The only issue would be the line because it is no secret how good this place is.

This place was good for what it is. I had never heard of Biscuitville before and wanted to try, they were making the biscuits fresh but it's basically a fast food breakfast place with a down home feel.
