S’mores sundae, chai espresso martini, peppermint mocha, Irish coffee, and more. Several alcohol free cocktails offered on the menu. Everything was delish. Service was super. Place was decorated for the Christmas holiday - cute! Recommend.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Bittersweet. When we arrived, there was no host to greet or seat us. We asked a waitress about getting seated or putting our name on the list, but she seemed overwhelmed and upset, which, while understandable, made for an awkward dining experience.

While waiting for the host, another couple bypassed the line and was seated at one of the last available high-top tables, leaving us with an undesirable option in the hallway near the bathroom. Instead of addressing the situation with understanding, the staff cleared the high-top for the couple and seated us in the hallway.

The waitress told us she was the only one covering the entire restaurant, further highlighting the stressful and unwelcoming environment. Ultimately, we decided to leave without ordering because of how off-putting the experience was.

I’ve dined at Bittersweet before and enjoyed their drinks and desserts, so I was excited to try their holiday menu. However, the poor service and lack of a welcoming atmosphere completely soured the visit.

My Girlfriend took me out here for dessert and drinks we ordered the espresso martini and the chai tea martini with the santas cookie plate alongside a scoop of ice cream . Our waiter was bald and very attentive and made sure our food had no peanuts in it because we have an allergy in the house!!!!:)!!

Dietary restrictions: They made sure to ask about allergies!

If you get the opportunity sit at Yama's section at the bar! She makes the best cocktails and conversation was 10/10. Don't sleep on the Bad Bunny!

I will first say, the desserts and the drinks were all amazing and very tasty. However, unfortunately the 2 star review comes solely from the service. Bella was our server and she was unhelpful and condescending. They had two quiches of the day (a broccolini cheddar and an onion gruyere) - my boyfriend asked which quiche the server preferred and the response was an attitude-filled remark "well, they're both the same recipe just different toppings." then points to them in a "that's so obvious" tone. She then proceeded to explain that the "broccoli cheddar" was one quiche, and that the "onion gruyere" was the other quiche, which he knew.. he was just asking the servers opinion of what she likes. Then, when desserts came around (we ordered 5 desserts and two salty snacks) we all were scrambling to understand what was what, and she very rudely said "THATS what you ordered- the pumpkin cheesecake" to my boyfriend, as if he were stupid for not knowing what was what. At one point, I was concerned as of why she was being so rude to us- so I mentioned something to my friend about "Oh dang I didn't realize they closed at midnight, I thought they closed at 2:00" (we got there at around 11:00) to which she interrupted in an almost humorous tone "We haven't closed at 2:00 in 10 years." I have another comment that I'd wish to share non-publicly, and hope that a manager will reach out so I can explain further. I am in the service industry, so I definitely understand being slightly irritated at starting a table within the last hour of being open- however, it was a Saturday night and it was my Birthday so I just felt disappointed that our table was practically bullied.

Its a dessert bar. Their desserts are fantastic but BIG. I can never finish it all. Personally, I'd prefer smaller plates for a little less. The cocktails are absolutely amazing. The staff is very sweet. Always a great way to start or finish the evening. Coffee is ok. Espressos are decent.
