We make a stop here from Miami to NY and Jake gave us the warmest welcoming and shared light profile coffees from the advent calendar that were delicious, we had an amazing experience, thank you for being so kind, this place is unique in the country
10/10 love the coffee. Absolutely love! I can see why people will stand in line in the cold waiting for their coffee. Husband got an espresso seltzer, and you can taste the quality of the espresso bean! I got the rosemary caramel iced latte, it was delicious! Greta coffee, and great gifts to give to coffee lovers! They also have a chocolate shop inside and many people were in line for that too!

The best coffee in Raleigh, hands down. It's in the chocolate factory, but there's plenty of seating indoors and more outside. The baristas are nice and friendly. Everything is clean! The espresso is always pulled perfectly and the beans are the best I've ever had!
The bathrooms are locked, which is kind of a negative.

Review is for the coffee shop. I work in downtown Raleigh and have been to most of the local coffee shops. Black and White is hands down the best coffee. Every barista who has served me is very talented. They take their profession seriously. I really like the outdoor area and the chocolate smell inside is lovely.

Excellent roasters. I utilize auto-delivery of their beans (The Original roast) and I look forward to my espresso concoctions every day! Absolutely delicious coffee!

We planned several things to do in Raleigh and added this self guided tour to the list. It's not at all what my group expected. The tour is only 5- 10 mins max! We tasted some chocolate before leaving. Can't rate the food, but the chocolate was very rich, dark, and bold. They have a selection of chocolate items you can purchase.

Used to love their beans, but I don't like how they have made up all these new names for processing... like what is thermal shock red bourbon? Terrier washed? Strawberry Daiquiri? The peach/lychee coferment stuff with actual fruit was an assault on the senses. I like natural/washed coffees, so maybe it's my fault for ordering the weird stuff
