I was just curious to try this place and got a mocha iced protein drink. It was watery and did not taste good but the owners were nice about it and refunded me.

I take the toddler I nanny here every week! We absolutely love Lauren and all of the girls that work there. The toddler I nanny loves to go see “the smoothie lady” (Lauren) - she always engages with him and is so kind! The service and shakes are amazing and I highly recommend to anyone to stop by!

Awesome place and AMAZING owner! I was actually in there dropping off flyers for my job, and ended up getting something for myself. The pack pride energy drink does not only taste amazing but is exactly what I needed to start off my day! Stop by you will not regret it!!

Great service and location but tried 2 smoothies and they were 1/10. Tasted like Walmart mass gainer protein shake. Tried cheesecake and some other one that tasted like a liquified rice crispy treat.

Very welcoming and warm atmosphere. Originally came in for coffee but found it was a protein shake/energy drink Cafe. Caroline walked me through the menu options available w my dairy allergy. I went with the 16oz vanilla latte shake w vegan protein. Tbh not good at all like the ones I make at home or from raw bar. This one was grainy, thick and didn't have any flavor. Didn't want to waste it but I got about 1/3 down and my tum started hurting :/

I love BLEND! My favorite is the sweet tart energy drink. They also have monthly specials which are awesome when you want to change it up! The owner is super nice too :)

Stopped by thinking this was a coffee place one day and the owner was so nice I had to come back! Protein smoothies and energy teas, with additional enhancers if you need something extra. I got the mudslide shake and pack pride tea. Both were great!
