They are nice and polite. Thr food was as expected. My pancakes smelled wonderful.
Service was decent once we got seated but took forever to get our food. Once we did get our food, the quality was not good at all. The hash browns were not completely cooked and had absolutely no flavor. The gravy was average and the biscuits were extremely dry. Their prices are too high for the quality of food and service we received.
To top it off, there is black mold along the edges of the ceiling and around the HVAC vents in their dining room. Probably needs to be repeated to the health department.

Service was good. Waitress was very nice. However, the food had absolutely no flavor. Eggs and potatoes were so bland. I was highly disappointed.

Service was really good. The waitress was extremely busy but was very nice and kept everything going well. The food was just mediocre: not fresh (hot), bland eggs and hash browns, syrup had a really bad taste and had a film on top when pouring, etc. The hot cakes were pretty good, though.
Edit 6 years from the last review:
The server was great but overly busy because of under staffing. The food was warm but had 0 flavor. I got the two biscuits with egg cheese and sausage or bacon plus hash browns and coffee. The hash browns had no flavor. The egg was super flat and burnt. No flavor. The gravy looked and tasted weird. The black coffee was also almost $4.
The worst part: there was MOLD and water damage all over every wall and ceiling. be careful eating here

Service was slow but the food was good. Our waitress was new so she is just learning. She was polite and friendly. Like all other restaurants, they are short staffed.

Husband and I looked forward to a nice dinner at Bob Evans. Came in early Saturday night, appeared a slow night with about 5 tables with customers. Walked in and it took a few minutes to be acknowledged. Seated quickly. Menus and water delivered to table. Waitresses came to table, spoke to us but was unable to hear her well. Not very professional. We told her we needed a few minutes to decide on our food. Soon after the manager noticed we were ready to order but server was busy with cleaning tables. Took our order. Took a short time to have out food delivered. I noticed when my biscuits were placed on the table that they were very hard and looked not fresh. My breakfast potatoes were cold and appeared to be old potatoes that may have been sitting on another place. They were not good. My western omelette was good but had no meat. Normally it has ham but I requested no ham but sausage. My husband’s meal appeared to be ok . I was so unhappy with my meal that I decided to leave. I don’t like to send back a full meal because it apparently was not a priority of the cook or the waitress to make sure my food was fresh. I fear the cook would retaliate and do something with my meal. My husband could look at my food and could see it wasn’t fresh. What has happened to Bob Evan’s? This location is not very professional and definitely short of staff.

Terrible management on thanksgiving day. We got there at 11:30 and told there was an hour wait. At at hour and half I overhead the greeter say they were no longer seating customers until they could get the to go meals at for folks that had been told they would be ready by 9am!! They never made a broad announcement to let folks no they weren't taking sit down customers. I wont go to this Bob Evans again.

Hey, Bob, if you are going to be open and taking pre-orders on Thanksgiving how about not giving door dash and walk-ins priority and forcing those of us that pre-ordered 24 hours in advance to wait more than 45 minutes to get our food. That would be great!

I was there for the Thanksgiving special. It was crowded as expected. We were able to get the name of our party on the list in a reasonable amount of time. After waiting 1 1/2 hours of the projected 1 hr wait we got word that they were not going to seat any more people and were going get out the online orders out before trying to seating any more people. The restaurant seating was just about empty. There was not any announcement with there plan to work on the online orders, we got word from the people that was waiting longer than us that asked about there wait time. My main concern was the patrons that showed up to dine in were pushed aside for the people who "called in" their meal. Also was it fair to The wait staff who missed out on tips for this decision? I have always loved the food for taste, portion size and price but unfortunately this experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Shame on you BoB Evans for a very bad Thanksgiving experience.
We came here on thanksgiving and they told us it would be a 1 hour wait.
I’m typing this 2 hours into the one hour wait. And every table is currently empty. Why? Because they got too many “online orders” and decided to serve people who WEREN’T EVEN IN THE STORE, before they served actual in store customers who just wanted to have a nice thanksgiving meal with their family.
This is ridiculous and we won’t be coming back.
