Super watered down tasting 🙁 had a slight tent of tarot flavor, but tasted more like it was made with water instead of milk. I don’t really recommend going out of your way for this especially for $7.25.

The girl working there sucks. Horrible customer service. She served us our smoothie with the smoothie all over the cup I asked if she had a napkin she said sorry we don’t have napkins, I said okay well there is smoothie all over my cup? She looked bothered grabbed a towel and wiped it off and placed it on the counter. She sucks she should be fired or if she is the owner she need not be in business with that attitude.

I ordered the avocado milk tea. There was NOTHING avocado or tea about it! It was powdered drink mix, water and milk that tasted just like milk and water mixed. I asked the employee if I could trade for a new flavor because it was so bad, but was told, "No. I can't do refunds or exchanges unless there is actually something wrong with the drink." Apparently, bad quality and taste doesn't count as there being "something wrong," so I asked her to just trash the drink then. That will be the first and last time I spend any money at Boba Brew. ZERO stars. Would NOT recommend.

Over priced powdered drink mix in water! By far one of THE WORST milk "tea" drinks I have ever had. When I asked about doing an exchanged for something different, I was told there are no refunds or exchanges. I asked employee to just throw it in the trash then because it was too nasty to drink. I WILL NEVER purchase from here and again and HIGHLY recommend to not waste the money.

Got the strawberry milk tea. It's just watered down strawberry milk. The boba is terrible and dry and the person working there was on her cellphone and looked mad that I wanted to order a drink.

Drinks just okay. The girl behind the counter had the worst attitude. Basically seemed like she wanted my daughter and I just to go away. The bad attitude seems to have poured into the drinks as they were just blah. Wont be going back.

I came here one time with friends, and I ordered 3 drinks, which I regret doing. All were watered down and tasteless, which for the price I thought was kinda okish. The first one I got was a Cosmic Butterfly with boba, which I thought tasted ok. It was just water with a hint of pomegranate and like 5 pieces of ice. My friends thought it was bad. My 2nd order was a dragon fruit lychee refresher with boba, which came with half container of ice and half container of boba... which was like triple the amount compared to the first with barely any taste. The worst one and the deal breaker for me is the 3rd one, which was Acai for me, which for God knows why it tasted like bubblegum ? when it wasn't in the ingredients list. It was so bad but had the most taste compared to the other two, but the bubble gum taste was just horrible. No comment on the employee since it's a retail job, and I understand. Overall, unless you're the type of person who enjoys drinks that are mainly water with a hint of taste, I would recommend this. If not, then don't do it. There are better places around there.
