Service wise, not the best because there was a single girl working there and did not seem to care to make a good impression. She was just silent and on her phone. Food wise, I got the butterfly pea + pomegranate tea which wasn't bad itself but they just added huge ice cubes which doesn't leave much room for the tea. For $5 bucks plus tip, I didn't feel like it was worth the price. Boba wise, my friend and I did not like! It was such a let down because they weren't sweet and they tasted stale or old because it was more mushy (when you bit into it) and had no taste. I'm a boba fanatic but that drink was not it (maybe a bad batch idk). Never getting boba balls there again . I will say the leeche jelly's were nice and normal. Straws were not package and out in this straw dispenser that was slightly exposed to everyone so maybe not the most sanitary option... This was just my true experience.

I ordered a tea from there that did not match the described flavor and when I tried to return it for something different the lady there straight up denied me service. Her attitude was rude and she simply said "I was the one who made it" implying that it should be good. We come to the food-hall all the time and have never come across such poor service from an employee. I understand that people make mistakes when making drinks but that combined with the rude service solidified that we will not be going back. I hope the manager speaks to this employee and helps them reflect on their behavior.

Drinks just okay. The girl behind the counter had the worst attitude. Basically seemed like she wanted my daughter and I just to go away. The bad attitude seems to have poured into the drinks as they were just blah. Wont be going back.

I came here one time with friends, and I ordered 3 drinks, which I regret doing. All were watered down and tasteless, which for the price I thought was kinda okish. The first one I got was a Cosmic Butterfly with boba, which I thought tasted ok. It was just water with a hint of pomegranate and like 5 pieces of ice. My friends thought it was bad. My 2nd order was a dragon fruit lychee refresher with boba, which came with half container of ice and half container of boba... which was like triple the amount compared to the first with barely any taste. The worst one and the deal breaker for me is the 3rd one, which was Acai for me, which for God knows why it tasted like bubblegum ? when it wasn't in the ingredients list. It was so bad but had the most taste compared to the other two, but the bubble gum taste was just horrible. No comment on the employee since it's a retail job, and I understand. Overall, unless you're the type of person who enjoys drinks that are mainly water with a hint of taste, I would recommend this. If not, then don't do it. There are better places around there.

Went here while on vacation and was looking forward to it until I went to order. I asked for a few things that they were out of which is fine it happens, I just found something else on the menu to order. My boyfriend ordered while I looked for something else and the entire time the girl had a bad attitude. Was snarky when saying she was out of basically everything I asked for. I finally found something they did have and I asked a question about it and the girl was straight up rude! Didn’t even try to answer my question. I just said it’s fine and paid. She made our drinks and just sat them on the counter and walked away. No have a nice day or anything. Luckily the drinks were great. I got a peach tea with boba and my boyfriend got the peanut butter cup milkshake. Only bad experience I’ve had while on vacation here.
The Hawaiian Harvest was a perfect tropical smoothie. Highly recommend this place for smoothies, Boba tea, or other beverages.

Drinks weren't really that good. I got the horchata milk tea and the caramel milk tea. Couldn't taste the caramel at all and I saw that the drinks were made using a powder so they tasted watery. While they are inexpensive, I would not come here again. There are better places nearby.

Not bad boba tea in Morgan Street Food Hall. You can mix the fruit tea flavors which is nice. I got butterfly pea + lychee tea with lychee jelly and it was refreshing. They have some interesting flavors including a horchata milk tea. It's not bad but I'm not a huge fan of super sweet things. At least the fruit teas are more flexible with the sweetness.
