I like the vibe of this Bojangles a lot, whoever designed it has obviously been to the far East. That’s where the good times end though!!! They forgot my mashed potatoes, I got the jumbo tailgate for 60 freaking American dollars. It was for a family dinner, and my family clowned me so hard for not having the mashed potatoes. They were like “oh if you need some money just let us know and we’ll help you” like I was too broke for potatoes, the cheapest of vegetables. Then the two girls who were making the food were like “oh why is he getting a salad, when he’s getting all this other food” as if I was going to eat all of the other food and then the salad too to be healthy. I was just going to eat the salad, the jumbo tailgate is designed to feed 10 people, not just me. Then the one girl started talking about how much she loves Liam Neeson even though he’s an older guy, and that she’s actually really into guys who are over 60. THIS ISNT INFORMATION THAT I NEED TO KNOW! Liam Neeson would expect his potatoes, and so do I, so I can not award any stars to this bojangles.

Went through the drive thru to order, got a 4 piece supreme with honey mustard and and a picnic size bo round. I ordered at 8:08, she told me to pull up and wait by the door for the Bo Rounds. I finally got my food at 8:30 after I went into the store to collect it. Three people made eye contact with me before someone asked if they could help. I asked about my order. The Bo Rounds were sitting on the counter. Supreme box was there empty. She had to fill it for me so I waited for that too. There was a group ordering, but that was it, no one in the dining room and a pretty quiet drive thru. Then I get home and there’s only three supremes in the box 🙃 rough night at the Bojangles

This is the worst’s bojangles ever, no customers in store and still took forever to get my food, lady asked the cook for fries and he literally brought frozen uncooked fries to the front and gave it to her. Avoid this store if possible!!!

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes they took my order at the drive-through for wing dinner. Then after waiting to get up to pay and get the food, they inform me that the “chicken guy“ is not here so they have no chicken and it would probably be 15-20 minutes or more before he arrives for to be prepared. My mistake I thought I was at a chicken establishment.

You just can't beat a good Cajun filet biscuit with French fries and an iced tea! Good service, a beautiful mending of cajun and southern food, along with a restaurant at nearly every exit has made bojangles a southern staple. A must have when traveling through the southern US!

The young Hispanic girl working the drive thru on Monday night July 29th was incredibly rude. Terrible customer service and she treated me like she couldn't be bothered to do her job correctly lol, make it make sense. If you hate customers so much then maybe you shouldn't work directly with them. I could tell from the moment I pulled up to the speaker to order that this girl was miserable. I had to ask her for an apology after she got my order wrong completely and charged me for someone else's food. Not to mention that when I spoke up about her lack of decent customer service, she laughed at me! What an awful experience and I will not be coming back to this location and I will be telling other people about my experience at this location.

Was told 5 min wait for food waited 25 mins to be told chicken takes 15mins to cook since I ordered legs ?? Make it make sense lol change your manager asap, rude for no reason after making customer wait 30+mins for legs when there are not even busy. Horrible management and customer service.
