Tuesday 12/23/25 around 12:45 we ordered in the drive thru and had one of the best Bojangles meals ever. The food was hot and fresh and top quality! The fries and supremes were cooked perfectly, and that may have been the best biscuit in the world. The filet biscuit and dirty rice were also outstanding.

Go ahead and drive to the fuquay location. Iv given multiple chances. Today, my kids wanted sausage gravy biscuits we went through the drive-through when we got home 5 mins later, they just gave gravy with no biscuits. About a week prior to today's issue we got a family feast. Chicken was not good tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours. Our fries were not even hot and to top it off we had a bunch of uncooked rice bits in our fries. Although this location is closer to us we will be driving to fuquay anytime we want bojangles.

Not only with me but also with other customers that came after me. Everyone there were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and satisfied.
It's clear that Colby fosters a positive and customer-focused environment within the team. The other staff members were also pleasant and efficient, reflecting the excellent leadership. Beyond the delicious chicken and biscuits, the incredible customer service, especially the dedication and positive attitude of Colby, will definitely bring me back to this Bojangles location.

The food is great if they give you your full order. Most of the time they cheat you out of your fries or give you a two piece dinner when you order a three piece . I think they like ripping off the customer for fun, maybe they get a bonus. The place always looks like they’re confused or could care less, the place is going down hill fast, eat at your own risk and check your order
