Is this really worth $8.75? No seasoning, the food is cold, it took forever to come out so you think it would be hot. Was in the drive-through for over 10 minutes for this? You think the quality would go up with the price of food but it’s the opposite. What a waste of time and money. The girl at the window spent more time, laughing and joking with her friends, then helping. My husband got a chicken sandwich that was also cold, and the fries were barely seasoned.

I walk with a cane, and I had a to go order, and the staff carried out my food and drinks to my car. It was much appreciated.
You see a big difference...when you enter this BOJANGLES..in comparisonof the other premises located inCapital Boulevard Dealers Area...bad attention, poorly used in face.."0" Kindness...I even sent an Email to the Main Office of BOJANGLES stating my Complaint...attach a copy of the receipt and name of the person more than 3 or 4 months...no one answered.I don't understand how there are people with no empathy at all.good manners and respect for the Company that employs them...they make no effort to please their customers.

I usually get food from this Bojangles on my way home from work and the service is good. The staff is usually friendly, however today I came across such a rude young lady. She had red locks and a bad tone when speaking with me. I asked her about it and her response was “is your first time buying here?! that’s why we have a menu”. ?

Went there twice, both times my order was wrong. It's not rocket science, just make sure everyone working together in tandem and make sure it's somewhat speedy.
Pod for a picnic size Bo Rounds to share between 3 people. Get home and this what I got. None in the bottom of the bag either.
