good food good service but you have to check your food at the drive thru or you will be missing things. one time we asked for a side of sausage gravy and got baked beans. missing a biscuit last time. dude handed me a chicken sandwich instead of a 3 piece today and i felt so bad but i had to be like no please give me my order. check your bags!

Food and service were good. The biscuits are very consistent and fluffy. The fries are a little overloaded with seasoning. My parents wouldn't even eat them, my son and I picked thru them. The biggest thing is my dad has a 3500 Dodge Diesel truck, reg bed extended cab and the drive thru has such a sharp turn he barely makes it thru. And it doesn't help there is a brick wall wall on the other side so there isn't any room for error.

Terrible. Awful. My order wasn't complicated but you rang it up incorrectly and couldn't own up to your mistake. Charged my card and then had the audacity to tell me you didn't charge me for one of my items, and saying I needed to pay for that, too. You gave me cash refund, sloppily so my quarters are still on the ground in the drive thru. Went home and did an order on doordash to investigate pricing and even on doordash my total was 14 bucks. It's ok to make mistakes but A)you shouldn't have demanded I pay for item I originally ordered when you made the mistake B) if 3 people looking at screen can't realize you screwed up, maybe it's time for a revisit to the training modules.

I had to come back and edit my review for this Bojangles location. When it first opened, it was awesome. But now, ha. I have come on three different occasions and every time I ask for a wing dinner, their response is always the same: we dont have any wings. Okay..............so this happened Weds night (August 7, 2024) and it marked my 4th time happening. No longer coming here and I live in the complex right near here, so back to taking my services over to the Hillsborough St location.
