My order was wrong, supremes overcooked, tea tasting like water, and my fries weren’t fresh like I asked. I was so upset and ready to go. I said I wasn’t coming back to Bojangles. Nora fixed my order with no problem! Thank you so much!
Very pleasant, most bojangles tell me no when I ask to have my cheddar bo biscuit in paper Instead of aluminum foil because the half the cheese sticks to the aluminum foil. This location did not hesitate to do that for me. No one was yelling, rolling eyes at customers, screaming at other coworkers, just overall a great experience.
Will definitely spend my money at this location from here on out.
