The only reason I went to the Bojangles was to help out someone who was in desperate need of food. I ordered in the drive-through. Pretty straightforward order. I was asked to pull around to the front of the restaurant to await my order. No one seemed to help or bring it out so I went in and had to get my order from the counter. The only reason I went to this specific location because it was close to where I was visiting with someone from out of town. Avoid this location at all cost. I don’t know how they have 4.1 overall stars could be just an off day.

I stopped by 4621 New Bern Ave on 11/2 at 11:15 am and noticed that one of the employees preparing sandwiches sneezed, then only changed her gloves without washing her hands first. I wanted to mention this because proper handwashing is important for food safety. Otherwise, the service was good, but that part really concerned me.

I have never been to Bojangles before, so I asked the young girl at the drive-thru if I could see a menu. She already seemed irritated by this. My mom had already told me what she wanted before I came to the location, so I let the girl know that she wanted a chicken sandwich combo with a Dr Pepper. After feeling awkward about having a person irritated having to wait for me to look at the menu and cars pulling up behind me, I decided I was just going to get the same thing. The girl then said, “Another Cajun chicken sandwich.” Where I then tried to explain, no. Both of them are not meant to be spicy, I wanted the item on the menu just called Bo’s Chicken Sandwich. She told me no such thing existed, the only one that was not spicy was the grilled sandwich. She then listed, “there is the Cajun, grilled, and club sandwich.” At this point I feel like I’m going crazy. I say, “Girl, I’m looking at the menu. Right there. Above Cajun where it says Bo’s Chicken Sandwich.” She repeats herself again like I am losing my mind, “we do not have that, that does not exist.” So I explain to her I am just going to pull up behind the car ahead of me and leave when they do. Absolutely insane experience. I will continue to never have Bojangles, because that is psychotic.

The only reason I give Bojangles a two-star is because they don't serve very many vegetables. Their chicken is decent but for the love of God can you guys at least get some kind of vegetables in there? Every time I eat it your establishment I feel like I'm breaking some kind of health law. I mean, didn't you grow up knowing that if you don't eat your greens, how can you have any pudding?? Come on, pull it together guys get something healthy on the menu. Your salads are just not cutting it.
Aske for extra seasoning on fries.. didn't get it.. biscuit was hard and the wings in the wing dinner for $10.. Bojangles should be ashamed. Very disappointed

One of the best ran Bojangles I've ever been to. Very well staffed. The lobby was very clean as was the bathroom. Food was fresh and the staff was very professional and polite.
