Please read for explanation of this rating. This one is difficult to rate. The service was good, food was fresh and people were friendly. The place was packed when I came in but I still received my food as quickly as could be expected. My problem in the rating is the manager, Melissa. She was extremely abusive to the staff in the presence of customers. The berating.was severe and undeserved. So much so that I and a couple of other customers intervened to compliment the staff.
I witnessed someone ordering grits and they were clearly visible through the glass. When another customer asked for them, she blamed the cashier and became abusive towards him. I witnessed the same type of treatment of two other employees.
Common courtesy is not as common as it should be. I am calling corporate.
I will keep you posted on there response.

Went late at night was gaven old stale fries with no seasoning and they forgot the fork .Went back and they gave me seasoning inside of a small fry bag??they didn't even say a word about it just handed me the "seasoning packets " handed me a fork and we left .

This is the best Bojangles I've ever been to I always get bacon on the side in the morning not on my biscuit and this is the first place that has ever gotten it right the first time they also offered me extra icing for my boberry biscuit and cinnamon twists which has never happened and everything was hot and fresh and the restaurant was very clean, all the employees were extremely nice and I even let the manager know what a great experience it was it's nice to see good workers and a well-run fast food establishment which is very hard to come by these days.
I have been dining in and out of this Bojangles location for over 20 years now and it as gotten terrible since the last couple years. From the food service, to the customer service and overall experience here. Not only did they previous fix a couple of my breakfast sandwiches sloppy where it is smash together and falling apart and out of the wrapping in the bag. This particular night just did it for me. After approaching the window and paying and not getting my food yet, a random woman came and jumped in the window of drive through out of no where. I pulled off because I was just shocked and confused. After going around to the other side and trying to get in the dinner area to get food or my money they denied me coming in. The manger Daryl and another lady advised I could not come in, again I was trying calm down, check my surrounding and finish my transactions. After him not showing any concern he just came to the door and tried to hand my food outside knowing what just took place, I ask for a refund and just left. One of the other staff that was standing there with the manger advised that the lady has been out there for hours wondering and there is nothing they can do. I advised them both that there are almost 10 employees inside someone of management should have the decency to go out and make sure people are safe and comfortable getting their food in the drive line, especially if you already know about it. This is a horrible representation and training of the Bojangles franchise. Please train management better to resolve this types of issues so that customers feel safe and have a pleasant experience at this location.

Hate the fact they give u a drink that's been sitting for who knows how long that's watered down. Steak was hard. Boberry Biscuits had too much icing and hard

This bojangles runs like a fine oiled machine! The biscuit 10/10. When we pulled up I thought we would be there forever with the amount of people inside and out. However, the manager had the place pushing out orders like no one’s business!

Great food with awesome service. I usually go to this Bojangles in the morning. I get my food in a timely manner with amazing service. I love their sweet tea!
