DON'T ORDER ONLINE PICK UP! My Wife and I were in a rush so we ordered online and gave it 20 minutes before arriving to pick-up at the store. My wife went inside looking for pickup area and after asking was directed to the salad fridge when they told her it wasn't even started yet due to the drive thru being busy..30 minutes later she finally received our food from a sarcastic employee telling her "Your wait is finally over". Also it says no service charge for online pickup but there is. Note the ordered/pickup times in the photo. Trying to save someone else the hassle!

THANK YOU NEW BERN BOJANGLES AND YUNCEE!! Another big order for 6:30 am and everything was ready when I got there at 6:10! Everything was packed nicely & warm. Yuncee was so nice and had one of his staff help me out to pack my car. (160 different biscuits sandwich order) It's just nice to have a company that apporeceite the client and who goes above and beyond! Thank you!! Until the next order!!

Drive thru worker was extremely rude. Totally rushed my order, no hello or thank you, totally ignored me when I asked her about the total, dropped my card, was laughing to her friends about it, and didn't even apologize for it. And on top of that she messed up my order. Not to mention, she was talking to her friends all the time I was at the window, and even made some inappropriate hand gestures. I'm a regular there for months; it's a common thing there to experience rude, sloppy and unfriendly attitude from the staff. I'll never step foot there again. Just do a good job choosing the people who work for you. I know probably nothing will happen, but I'm just warning future customers.
