Probably one of the worst experiences at a bojangles. They charged me for certain amount of supremes and I didnt get the correct amount. I got charged for a dirty rice and it was half full. I didn’t get a sauce. I walked in and got no service. I stated to an employee that I never got sauce for the strips after she stood in front of me for 3 mins without acknowledging I was standing there where the food gets picked up at. She just said we don’t have honey mustard and then went back to what she was doing. Then after asking what sauces they have she just turned around and pointed. After handing me the sauce I asked for another person asked why I’m in the store. Poor experience and I didn’t even get what I paid for… I will not visit this location and I don’t recommend it to anyone else if this how people are treated

Went here after I got off tonite. Had me waiting 10+ minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me at the window and then had me waiting on the side of the building for the rest of my order when I ordered a 4 pc supreme with large fries. Not only did I have to wait in line for a total of 20 mins but they also gave me cold ass food, small fries when I ordered and paid for a large and only 3 tenders. Nothing about my order has me satisfied and I won’t be goin back to that specific location

This location sucks. The customer service in here is terrible. They are so slow. I don't know who is worse them or Popeyes. Then they got a drink wrong and the lady stared me in my face multiple times and ignored me then told someone else that she was not going to acknowledge me. Then I'm looked at sideways when I say something and am angry. Never going here again. Dashers I recommend declining any offers here.

For this Bojangles to be located on Capital Boulevard it’s very rare that you will get your food fresh at this location. My daughter just got me food and it LOOK and TASTE like it’s been sitting out all morning. My chicken and biscuits is dar and the fries taste like old and new fries are mixed together
I orderned and the guy didn’t even ask me if i finished my order and just completes it and i said oh I’m not done then he said on and i added more to my order and I didn’t even get it

Horrible service. Ordered online payed extra for sauces and didn’t receive them. Picked up in store, waiting by the pick up door to be ignored. Staff clearly saw me looked at me and didn’t bother helping me. Once I got my order and realized the extra sauces I payed for weren’t in the bag I went back in and waited by the door again. A girl who was putting another order on the shelf looked up at me I said excuse me and she turned her back and walked away. The staff here is horrible, and they can’t ever get your order right. Customer service skills need to be worked on.

Staff is not trained, total disorganization in this bogangles Order two chicken combos and a biscuit I paid for it and they only gave me one combo, I told them there were two, I returned the bag so they could check the receipt. They returned the chicken and forgot to give me the biscuit. I called them to bring it to my house. They told me that I had to go. Even if it's your fault
