Love this Bojangles!!! It’s Bo time here guys! They give you 2 sauces with the supreme chicken strip meals and I appreciate that, any other Bojangles I have been to only gives one sauce and for me 1 is not enough. Staff here is friendly and I enjoy having them wait on me etc. drive thru moves fast and way faster than most other Bojangles I’ve been to which is awesome! I know one thing, if my gf comes back outside stating yall had her walking back and forth to that line because NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE at the window for her pick up order and giving her a hard time bc YALL can’t handle an evening rush, im going to the highest extent of the corporate and business world! there is no reason every single one of you including the manager should be on that line pissy and bitter. it’s disgusting customer service and if yall weren’t the most convenient, nobody would visit this establishment. I wish i could take back every dime. omg fire the whole team and start over. Yall cannot be employed and hating your job THIS MUCH. do better. why on earth did i put my order in 30 minutes in advance to still have to stand in the line an additional 20 is BEYOND ME.
Hard biscuit, Luke warm chicken, chilled watery tea, and shortchanged at the drive thru. When will bo teach their employees respect of the customer.

I was there today and the queen that took my order was funny had the most beautifulest smile and made you want to be there the food was amazing hot fresh ready the whole crew is amazing even when they were backed up they were doing everything they could to make sure everybody got their food correctly thank you guys for an amazing experience the lady with the blue and brown eyes🩷🧡❤️🫶🏾❤️❤️💚💚
