Bojangles on New Bern Avenue, Raleigh NC by Verizon and Walmart. The food is good and you receive your order quickly but, the last visit, they allowed a lady to bring in her dog and she ate in also. This was not a service dog. She tried to hide him. That’s not sanitary. The manager was told by several people and she did nothing. She walked into the lobby but an employee said something to hear and she turned around. I don’t dislike dogs but a food restaurant should not allow all dogs. Everybody is not clean.

When you order “make it a sub”, but they don’t make it a sub. The downside of order from DoorDash. There’s no way of checking the food. And there’s no seasoning on these fries. Disappointing.
UPDATED 09 April 2024: I got a bacon and egg biscuit today and it was great! Bacon on top and underneath the egg - perfect!Drive through line gets looking in the morning.----------------------------Bojangles is always great. The only issue with this location is it gets crowded at breakfast. Probably dinner too.

I went there at 2:30 this afternoon and went there inside. Everyone and I mean everyone was genuinely friendly. Even the gentleman sweeping the lobby made sure to tell me to have a nice day. Really nice customer service and environment.
Bojangles has the best spicy chicken and fries anywhere in the South! If you don't visit Bojangles while visiting North Carolina, you will certainly be missing out on some great fast food!

They routinely give out small chicken, $9 buck for a chicken legs that look like pigeon ankles and iguana thighs!
