Rude manager! Not very nice at all super aggressive 8:13 pm on a Friday night

Poor customer service resulting in hearing the employees inside the drive thru loudly being rude. This is not the first time I've hear this.

The 16yr old guy who took my order had only been there 10 days but did an awesome job! He clarified my order and was super calm.
The food came out fast and was hot and fresh. Only complaint is the chicken had lots of batter but not much meat (normal for fast food these days).
Bojangles is our favorite fast food and this location is a well-run machine.

No ketchup no honey mustard requested both, reminded them of both. Window lady was nice but you know when you’ve had a bad day and you go get your favorite fast food yeah they made my day worst
I had finished this review simply upset that they did not give honey mustard and ketchup but now after eating half a bag of fries I come to update because there’s hair in my food. It may just be in the fries but now I’m done. Can’t eat this.

Quality has gone down. Cherry/Patio drink is gone. Prices have spiked. Sodas taste off. Sweet tea not good anymore. Tastes burnt. Breakfast biscuits are still good.

Bojangles is a North Carolina staple. I stopped into this location to dine-in with family after attending a basketball game nearby. It was conveniently located on Durant Rd and many people were dining in. The customer service here was excellent and the food was very fresh. Fresh chicken, tenders, buttery soft biscuits. Staff worked hard to keep customers satisfied giving the experience of a high end restaurant. Stop in while in the area.

Wonderful customer service. Food was hot and fresh. The young lady who helped me out the window had such a nice, pretty smile on her face and was so courteous. I wish we had more people like that in the fast food industry. I wish I knew her name but it was the Bojangles on Durant road in Raleigh tonight.
This is the only Bojangles that I will go too. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The guy manager always smile and speaks and has great manners to everyone when I see him. Clean restaurant. It is ran well and of course the food is always fresh and good.

Picked up a doordash order from here! Staff was relatively speedy despite a busy store. They also appeared kind and respectful. This is a location I pick up from often and I see similar service every time I visit. I have also recieved my own takeout from this location before and all food was hot, fresh, and ready to go! Pretty decent, nice location!
Parking: Decent number of spots and good amount of normal spots right by the door!
