How can people eat here? The service is terrible, always dirty, the air conditioning vents are covered in mold. I can't imagine the kitchen or the refrigerators.

I have always been a pretty huge fan of bojangles their chicken supreme combo being my favorite. There fries always have great seasoning and i like using their buffalo and ranch sauces. I usually dont like going to bojangles because service usually isnt that great but this location has always been really quick with there service and also have not messed up or forgot any sauces of mine. I have been happy every time i have been with how quick and correct my orders have been

This is the best Bojangles location. It's 100 percent spec on food every time I go. I don't know what the magic is but keep it up

Bojangles is fast food, there's no avoiding that and the issues of freshness and quality that come with that, so for a fast food restaurant, Bojangles is quite good. Their Cajun seasoning really helps to make an impact, making their chicken some of my favorite. Over all, good stuff.

Usually, I enjoy Bojangles. Not this trip. The chicken was dry, and the leftovers were a sign that the meal was to everybody else as it was for me. No good. The leftovers sat in the fridge until it was thrown away. This was a first. And I know how good it can be. If this had been my first time, it would have been my last. We spent 60.00 for a family meal. If I could get my money back, I would pursue that for sure.

This Bojangles is so annoying. If you come in the morning and ask for chicken they CONSISTENTLY do NOT have it available and WILL gaslight you and say that the person who drops their chicken isn't in. Actually, today, the lady told me, 'We don't start serving chicken until like 7:30 or 8am, it's just breakfast.' I replied, 'Yes, it's 7:31 right now. I don't mind waiting.' And she was like 'ohhh, it's going to take like 40 mins for chicken, right?' trying to get the cook to agree to her outrageous time frame. The cook said no, like 10 or 15 mins. I happily waited for my food, but the gaslighting at the drive-thru was WILDDDDD. They reallllly need to stop it!

I enjoyed eating dinner at the location next to Walmart on New Bern Avenue last night. The food was freshly cooked and very little Batter batter on the chicken. Everything was delicious and hot ,so I decided to go there for dinner tonight. I was totally disappointed with my meal. Chicken tasted salty and had Too much battery, the coleslaw was warm and running, also the biscuits didn’t taste that great either.!I would never go to that location again nearest the Cookout.
