I got the 2 piece dinner. It was delicious but a bit too salty/greasy so I felt pretty bad after I ate it.

Went to this location and ordered some food. First 2 orders weren’t what I asked for so had to take them back in. Instead of making it completely over she just replaced the pieces of chicken I didn’t ask for and gave me the ones I asked for. Okay , cool. My 3rd order the chicken looked like it had just been sitting. It didn’t look like it had been made an hour or even 2 hours ago. First I asked for fresh fries and I’m guessing the manager cause she had on a different colored shirt walked over to the fries by the register (mind you I made my orders in the drive thru) made me 2 bags of fries. Fries weren’t fresh either. Some of them were warm and some of them was as stale as a chip left on a counter for 5 weeks. The all around service was just horrible especially coming from a manager! Of all people she should’ve called for fresh fries especially if there mig the not been any out for a while or if she was unsure about it. I just need this Bojangles to get it together! Yall have a 100 rating but the service don’t match it!!!

I am remiss to admit That the halcyon days have passed when I too may pass through and get a chicken biscuit. No longer may I ask a disembodied voice for a combo meant for me. My blood pressure has risen. I have moved away. Those days as those will be yet to come have become yesterdays.

I ordered a griller biscuit combo, received 3 biscuits ONLY!!!! Didn’t get large Bo rounds or Large sweet tea! Called to speak with manager NO ANSWER!! I love their food But HATE their service, order is NEVER right when I have it delivered!!
