You cant go wrong with Bojangles when your in the south. Everytime I'm in North Carolina I have to eat their incredible chicken, dirty rice, bo berry biscuits and sweet tea. I recommend to everyone. Salute from an Army Soldier! Enjoy!

Terrible service. I paid for two biscuits just to come home and not find it in the bag. Now I have to go back for a refund. Employees need to be more educated and mindful when preparing orders. They obviously don’t care

The past year and a half since I moved to this side of Raleigh, I’ve had no issues up until the last few months. Whomever the lady is with long braids that works the window often—you have a horrible attitude and your customer service needs a ton of work.
First time, my boyfriend and I went, he went to grab the food and she let go before he grabbed it. The food fell on the ground at the drive thru window. She just looked down at the food then back up at him with a straight face and said nothing. She looked so frustrated and annoyed ? You dropped it.
The second time, there was a young man working drive thru. I tried to order and he was mocking me for telling him to give us a second. Got to the window, same lady with braids—same unfriendly, expressionless face.
The third time, today — whoever was working drive thru taking orders wouldn’t be quite long enough to let us get our order together and said. My boyfriend asked for a second to look. Couple seconds later, asking for our order again. He again, asked for a moment to finish looking at the menu. Once he started ordering, after every meal my boyfriend ordered, the person kept asking “okay, will that be all?” Mind you, we had four different meals in that order. We usually say when we’re done ordering but the tone and the constant questioning as if we’re an inconvenience is infuriating. We won’t be back again.

Good service, fast prep, and consistent food
The Supremes Dinners are very consistent and come with fresh, well-made biscuits. The mac and cheese also tastes great. The tea is a little overly sweet, but half and half tea seems just right.

I visit this place often and I Don’t have any negative remarks about the food. The customer service on the other hand is HORRIBLE!
I visited this place about a month or so ago. I went through the drive-through And the young lady that was handing me my order was looking in the other direction while handing me my food and dropped it. She then proceeded to look at me and run her eyes and say “really?” As if it was my fault. The manager apologize and said that they were going to remake the food, But luckily, we didn’t have to wait for our food to be remained because the girl was handing us the wrong order in the first place.
Today I went back after a while of not going there and unfortunately, it wasn’t much better
The customer service through the drive-through is just horrible, and after placing my order, I really thought long and hard and decided to not spend my money at this establishment and got out of the drive-through line. I went down to the Chick-fil-A and although I spent an extra five dollars on food, I was much more happy with spending my money at an establishment that knows how to speak to the customers. Food service and customer service go hand-in-hand
