I've been hooked since was dealing ice cream in a poorly-lit, poorly-maintained parking lot behind a shipping depot. That's... Five years now? Through a smattering of moves and massive shake-ups, she has never once compromised on quality. I can't say the same for most of her ice cream making peers. Velvety smooth base that isn't the least bit watery or crystallized, bright honest flavors (she makes THE BEST fruit ice creams), and unerring mix-ins. This is the only ice cream I keep in my freezer.

Ordered a custom cake for my wife's birthday party. Maura was great at communicating options and ideas. She took the concept of what I wanted and turned it into a delicious and wonderfully- decorated cake. Would definitely go to her again, and highly recommend if you're looking for something of higher quality than store-bought ice cream cakes.

This place is awesome! I'm on the west coast and reached out to get a surprise cake for my boyfriend who lives in the area. Maura was responsive and did the best she could to make the surprise work with her busy schedule and my man's busy schedule. She pulled it off and I couldn't be happier. He loved it! Thank you!!!

We had baked Alaska in New Orleans and had a special request for Bold Batch to do something similar in an ice cream cake. They really nailed all of the flavors, right down to the chocolate syrup topping and even made some improvements. Every bite was absolutely amazing.

Just tried Bold Batch this weekend and it was Amazing! I had the Salted Vanilla and the Lavender Burnt Honey. The flavors were unique and delicious and the texture was a perfectly creamy. It definitely wasn’t on my diet but I don’t regret a single spoonful! Life is too short.

Amazing ice cream! Truly some of the best I’ve ever had. After my first pint, it was hard to go back to anything but Bold Batch. Midnight Snack holds a special place in my heart. The flavors are creative and dimensional without losing sight of the overall pure enjoyment of having an ice cream. A must try!

Being a native haven't been down in the shopping center for a long time so I Google wanted some homemade ice cream. I read. The reviews came in wonderful. The customer service with the 2 ladies. The lady with the pink hair and the other young lady. They were, they were marvelous, very excellent customer service. They helped me from the beginning to the end. And they bragged about how good this ice cream was. As the reviews did as well and I am a big bragger myself. The ice cream is tremendously delicious. Don't go anywhere if you do decide to go somewhere. Make sure you stay there as well I will be back .

Atmosphere was pleasant. However, had scoops of top choices, a brownie and while mentionable, didn’t quite live up to their reputation. Like their open atmosphere, the Icecream texture felt it wanted a similar message but the depth of the flavor needs to be worked on to make use of the space introduced. I was looking for a real memory and certainly not to bring down review status. The strawberry was not near strong enough and the other gap covered by a powerful sweetness. The young gal at the front stood out with a intrinsic enjoyment in serving. I appreciate that beyond what seemed to be love of the craft itself from the rest of the viewable kitchen staff. The brownie carried that brightness over to a bit of extreme and was too rich, and this time, without what it felt like depth to back it up. In a increasingly competitive region, there is no doubt Bold Batch’s name is being heard. I just hope their name will be known for the right reasons as time as times strengthen. Thanks for the experience.
