First time eating at a Bonefish Grill. I have to say that I do not have anything bad to say about this place. The atmosphere was wonderful. The waitress was wonderful. The food was wonderful. We will definitely come back. It is hard to find a 5 star place to eat that checks all the boxes with excellent Service and Food.
Thank you !

We were looking forward to our dinner. However, it started with having to send back (and refused replacement) of the calamari. It was like rubber--beyond the chewy stage. The meal itself was OK, but we remember having much better meals previously. This is one restaurant that is down on the list to revisit.

Food, drinks and service were all outstanding! Will definitely be back for Margarita Mondays again!

Food and service were exquisite. I would come for the bread and olive oil alone but our meal was delicious and we will be back.

This place has taken a turn for the worse. The service is awful at the bar on takes too long for food and drinks. I waited 45 min for an order of bang bang shrimp and 30 minutes for a drink sitting at the bar!! Monday's mind you Peyton is no longer there and it seems they expect Jayda to make drinks for the bar and the house. Peyton was replaced with a waiter who goes by Sunshine that has no bartender etiquette. Complaining to customers about other customers while the customers are still in ear range.

Bottom line the bar is not properly staffed. You cannot expect one person (Jayda) to make drinks for the entire restaurant. When there was 3 manning the bar before. Y'all need to get it together. So, many people came in and walked out this night. Our group left and went across the street to another bar the prices were higher, but the service was great.

Great dining, good and service. The only minor mishap was that our food was delivered by a different server than our waitress. No, utensils were brought with the food. We had to wait a while to get our server's attention that we needed utensils and napkins. Other than that, everything was very good!

Here's a clearer, more polished rewrite that keeps the negative tone but improves flow and readability: > I ordered a well-done steak, but it arrived at the table completely charred. When we first ordered baked potatoes, we were told they were unavailable. About 20 minutes later, the waitress returned to say they now had baked potatoes, so we changed our orders. Later still, my husband was informed that the potatoes au gratin he had ordered were also unavailable. In total, we had to change our orders twice. Overall, it was a very disappointing dining experience.

We came for my wife’s birthday. Our server Bryan was amazing. He recommended great fruity cocktails that my wife loved. We would go back just for him. 11/10, would recommend.

Bonefish always tastes fresh and a great deal for the price! Their lunch deals are fabulous. The staff at this location is what truly gives this place 5 stars as they are always very friendly, nice, and smiling!

We booked for a birthday occasion. No one asked us about if we're celebrating anything.

We arrived 635 pm and the room was about 65% full. We're assigned a table for 4. This table must have an extension because one of the end was slanted about 10 degrees so that my son had to put his drink towards the center to prevent it from spilling.

The classic bang bang shrimp is unrecognizable. The table next to us also noticed this and informed their waiter as we did.

The stuffed lobster with shrimp was just okay.

The Chilean bass fish with lemon caper butter needed salt and pepper and the fish was rather tiny. The side of jasmine rice was very dry.

The plank salmon and chicken Marsala were decent.

The best part of the dinner was the brownie with bourbon and ice cream.
