I recently ordered food in the Raleigh area I ended up throwing it in the garbage. The sweet potatoes were not sweet, the cream spinach was awful and the chicken dried out.Dont recommend to anyone.I gave it a one because I couldn't find a zero star.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I placed an online order Saturday July 16th at around 5:30pm. I arrived at 6:16 and they were closed! I emailed customer service since it's a Saturday and I am currently waiting for a response. I went to the store Sunday at 11:30 (they "open" at 11) and they were again CLOSED. I will be calling Monday to receive my refund this is unacceptable.

I wish there was a way to leave 0 star review I made an online order for the capital blvd. location in Raleigh N.C yesterday (Monday 7-17-23) and received my confirmation of order email stating my order would be done at 7:44pm on 7-17-23. so I drive to the location and there is a sign stating the store hours are 11-4 I'm pissed but whatever I decide I will just call them up the following day after 11am. We'll today I start calling at 11am sharp. I continue to call until noon with NO answer before i decided to just drive up there AGAIN!!! I pull up to the capital Blvd location for the 2nd time in the last 2 days but now the hours sign that was up there is now gone and replaced with a sign that says this location has been "indefinitely closed" The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

I’m rating this 2 stars solely for the service, which was pretty good. The food was absolutely awful. To be quite honest, you could but a rotisserie chicken at Walmart and it would still be better. I have seen the food here go downhill after the past few years. Ever since my last visit in 2018, they no longer have many fresh side options. No more fresh green beans (replaced with canned corn and canned mixed veggies) and no more pot pies. The soup was very bland and they no longer do free soup refills for dine-in customers. The cornbread was very dry and some food items seemed undercooked. I will not be returning ever again, sadly.

The staff was unprofessional there was a long line of people who were waiting on food and one worker was holding up the whole process by attempting to wipe down the counter. I understand that this needs to be done but not when u have 4 customers waiting.

Don't waist your hard earn money. I love Boston Market but this location was the worst food I've ever had. Chicken dry, mashers potatoes were instant and cold. Food quantity very poor. Go elsewhere!

I went to buy chickens for my grandparents, and with the dries condition that they gave me the chickens, we ended up throwing them away.

Sweet potato casserole at this location was not sweet enough and very bland. The strickland rd location is much better. Will not be returning here. Waste of money.

Just received two DRY chicken pot pies and two half-cold pieces of cornbread. By cold, I mean they feel like they were previously frozen and microwaved or put in the oven and not heated up all the way. The pot pies had NO creamy sauce. The worst! Can’t eat it. It was delivered by DoorDash. So dinner is ruined.Update: Spoke with General Manager. I’m getting a refund when I go to the store. There was a supervisor sent from corporate to help who made the pot pie.
